A gentleman on the south entrance seemed like we were putting him out when we asked him to open a case for us. We approached him & another lady to ask to look at an item, they talked over us and they ignored us for a few seconds until we had to reiterate that we needed assistance. Once we got to the item, he said that the items were fake, but we didn't even see the price for the items so we didn't assume. The conversation was blunt and quite frankly disgusting... haven't been back to this antique mall in a while, it's a shame that the customer service is like this now. If they are sick & tired of working, they shouldn't be working there, if they assume a client can't afford a fake bag for $60, then they aren't gonna sell. read more

I had to return to do more Christmas shopping. This time I did major damage and spent $99. There were so many wonderful items to buy and I scored quite a bit of bargains. The wait time in line can be lengthy especially if the person in front of you submitted a numbered clothespin which corresponds with a basket behind the counter. The nice ladies at the cash register have to painstakingly gather the tags off the purchases to ensure they capture the booth number so consigners can be accurately compensated. I felt bad for the person behind me. The ladies were telling me that sales had been brisk today. Gotta love holiday shopping. I was exhausted going through Granny's Attic and decided to quit shopping for the day! read more

Want to take a walk down memory lane? Granny's attic is an awesome place to peruse all the fun things from the past. The place is huge and you can spend a long time here. Tons of unique things to look at and buy. It's fun to find things from your childhood that you recognize and reminisce about that toy, houseware, knick knack, vinyls, and so much more. Pricing is quite varied but you can definitely find some good deals if you do some price hunting. Some items are behind a locked case so you'll have to ask the front desk to open it for you. All the items are set up in tiny sections owned by different "store" owners. We've always parked on the street and haven't had any issues. read more

Wonderful place! I needed assistance and the cashier who helped me was so sweet and struck up a friendly conversation with me while she helped. I had hesitated to try this mall because of the recent reviews of people who had been treated poorly but our experience was actually very pleasant. I was with my two teenagers and we set out on a little mission to find something specific. We had been to two other antique stores in our search on this day. After hours of hunting, laughing, and marveling, we did not end up completing our mission, which just means we get to have another awesome shopping day together. My eldest and I agreed that this particular mall was probably the best antique mall we have ever experienced. It's huge, the variety is overwhelming, and most of the booths are lovingly curated and very well cared-for. This is not your typical crusty antique spot. It is full of eye candy, whimsy, and thoughtfully displayed collections. I am more than willing to drive an hour to come shop again. read more

This isn't an antique mall, it's a warehouse. It's ginormous, located just off the main old town street. You name it, they sell it. They even have a vintage Harley Davidson motorcycle for sale and a stage coach on display. That's how large the space is. The interior is organized into rows on the left hand side, but it's more like a maze on the right hand side. Great stuff! read more

This is an extremely large antique shop located in Temecula, California. I believe it is the largest one in the area. It is full of all kinds of great antique, art, LP records, dolls, jewelry, electronics, clothing, you name it. There is a lot of stuff here! One of the great things about Granny's Attic is that all of the items here are brought in by individuals sellers. For this reason, you get a great selection of all kinds of stuff. It is truly one of those places that you never know what you'll find. As stated, this is a very large structure but they have the isles very well organized. It's pretty easy to go up and down each isle getting a good look at everything that is offered. In terms of parking, there is street parking. This store is located in basically an industrial area, so sometimes the parking spots are fairly filled up. So, you may not be able to find a spot right in front of the store. Thus, be prepared for the fact that you may have to walk a block or so, on some occasions, when you go shopping at this great antique mall. This is a really good and fun place to shop for those things that you never knew you needed. Moreover, this is a great place to go and buy gifts for that special someone who needs that special something, because they have truly unique items. Overall, great place. We have been coming to Granny's Attic Antique Store since it opened and have purchased a wide variety of items ranging from an old wagon wheel like the pioneers used, Roseville Pottery from the 1940's, Tiger Oak round table and just last week two taxidermy mounts [ a White Tail deer mount and a giant Moose mount ]. All the staff have been very personable, friendly, and helpfull. Never have we had a bad experience. I want to give a special shout out to owner Mike, Travis and his son Dillon who have gone above and beyond to help us. We look forward to our next visit. Reselling items from the DOLLAR STORE. If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased a set of plates for $70 and come to find out they are from the dollar store. I was unhappy and called to speak with the store to at least try and return them for store credit, since they don't do returns. The associate on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and argumentative that I even called about a return. Saying that they have a strict no return policy. Which I understand. As an unhappy customer that feels scammed, all I wanted was to be heard and to talk about a solution. Very disappointed. You'll find better ANTIQUES and customer service elsewhere. read more

I'm definitely gonna have to make another trip (or two or three) - I got so lost wandering around all the stalls! It's a huge space, packed full of very decent quality items...And the way they've decorated and laid it all out made it so whimsical and fun! I felt like I was lost wandering around in a time warp lol! They had old times looking wagons and street lamps with street signs and a railroad track painted on the floor - it was so cool! Overall, I found the prices to be very reasonable and even felt like I walked away with some great deals! I found an extensive Sone China set, marked as "made in occupied Japan" from the 40s - it had 3 shelves full of pieces for only $88! Great quality! And also a gorgeous handmade French Toile quilt that was perfect for my bedroom, queen size for about the same as the China! There was so much great quality furniture, some antique, some vintage, some new - all in excellent condition. Tons of kitchen stuff and clothes - bric-a-brac and knickknacks galore - enough to keep anyone enthralled for days lol! They even had a back outside area with lovely antique and vintage patio furniture and outdoor decor, as well as a small upstairs area with even more furniture! The staff are so friendly and helpful - they did an awesome job packing up my China and a lovely man even brought it all out to my car for me! It's easy to find with plenty of parking in a small lot on the side of the building or street parking out front (all free). read more

Not appreciate when a store worker following me and my kids every step and watching like a hawk. We were not there to steal anything or to break anything. I'm taking a responsibility for my kids. If they break anything I will pay for it. Racism at its finest. I have faced this before when coming in, and now again when my husband was here looking at collectibles. He was stared at, watched, and rushed. He felt as though they thought he was going to steal. He was treated like a second rate citizen by the elderly Caucasian women who worked up front. My husband served and fought for our country, and he is judged by his skin tone. Shame on this establishment and how they treat non Caucasian customers. Shame on you! read more

Mesmerizing amount of stuff that is arranged in a way to get you lost. Each vendor decorates their space invitingly. The staff is prompt with helping you open up a display cases to look at items. There is a good amount of mid century dishes, including Pyrex, and the prices are about the same as online collector sites, minus the shipping costs and you can also examine them. One booth had walls of old DVDS The store is not near old town Temecula, so it was a bit hard to locate. read more

Granny's Attic, located in Old Town Temecula, is a wonderful, big store! Full of booths run by individual sellers, there really is something here for anyone who likes antiques. My mom mentioned that this store was huge, and she wasn't kidding. It was fun wandering around this very large store. We were here for several hours and still didn't get a chance to see everything! I really liked that many of the individual sellers focus on decorating their booths according that the items they sell. Some of the booths are so cute! I also liked how the store itself decorates with unique items (like the beautiful carriage) which are hung from above with care. There's also a nice little sandwich shop (Granny's Waffle Sandwiches) that's a good spot to take break when you're shopping to grab something to eat or drink. The service was great, and there was some fun vintage sodas and candy here. I thought the service was good here too. When we needed to look at something in one of the glass cases, there was a helpful employee to open the case to show us items. Our items were also rung up by one the store's knowledgeable employees. This place is never ending. There are a lot of cool items here (along with a lot of junk too). If you are searching for a specific item or thing, then I think you could hit the jackpot. I found several things today that I didn't think I could find anywhere. Along with the size of the place there are a lot of "dealer" or "booths", some more customized than others. The one drawback is that the lady who rang up my items would not even hear about any negotiating when it came to items NOT marked "firm". For example, I found two Pyrex dishes at the SAME booth. Same exact item mind you, and they were listed at two different prices, which I didn't think was fair. The lady at the counter (while very nice) basically said there's nothing she can do about it. Given they were items I have been scouring the internet for and other shops, I didn't argue and I bought them. But it think it's a load of BS that they couldn't honor one price for both items since they were the EXACT same. Also...no AC...and I went at 10am when they opened and got hot after about half an hour of walking around. Might be unbearable in the summer when it's really hot out. read more

I am not particularly in love with most antique malls, if only because a healthy portion of the vendors sell glorified thrift store items that someone has made a feeble attempt to make look older and more valuable than they really are. Granny's Attic is yet another one of those places, some good, some not so great. You must tell yourself you need to scrutinize pretty hard to find the really prize stuff. But if you keep your wits about you, there are finds to be had. As in any "antique store" these days, it all depends on the vendor and how they perceive their inventory. I usually buy it because I like it, not because it has any value. It is vast, for sure. Just a jaunt through all the aisles in their warehouse will take a considerable amount of time, and you will wish you wore your walking shoes. It is a friendly place, their employees are very helpful, and the mall is delightfully, festively decorated this holiday season. They even have a small room to sit while you nibble on freshly popped popcorn and other snacks and bottled drinks you have purchased. We had fun browsing, actually even bought a used Christmas toy train for the Christmas tree at a very decent price, and they assured us if we found it not working or missing parts, they would allow us to return it. Otherwise, just allow yourself to stroll and reminisce, point out the stuff Grandma had, shake your head over what some folks think are saleable, and appreciate the sight of rust and smell of "old". There is plenty of parking in the private lot, also some on the street. And because it is not located in Old Town Temecula, it seems to be a bit less crowded and less expensive. If you realize you have been clinging on to more than you can handle, bring it up to the front desk where they will place your items in a basket until you are ready to find out the $$ damage wrought. read more

I love antique malls so when I saw that Temecula had their share of them, I had to check at least one out. This one is fairly big, off the main road, next to another antique mall with a similar name. We weaved in and out, checking out booth after booth of delightful little items, some modern/new, most vintage/antique. They even have a little area where they're stocked up old fashioned candies and novelty sodas in glass bottles. I typically only window shop at these places, but I actually went home with some treasures! read more

I absolutely love coming to this place. You can come here and walk around for hours and not even realize where the time went. There's so much to see you're guaranteed to find something you'll want. And it seems they're always getting new inventory or maybe I just missed it the first time around but either way, I'm positive you'll find something new every time you go. It's truly like a treasure when you go. Even my teenage daughter loves coming here which was shocking to me, lol. Sometimes some items can seem pricey but the people behind the registers don't set those prices but they're more than willing to call the owner of the item to ask any questions you want to know. Very helpful staff! I never have to wait long for someone to come with a key to open a display either when needed. This is the best Antique store in the IE. I have been here twice in the last month and have been able to create and entire gallery wall in my living room with the various frames and art I have found in this place. It is enormous. The first time here I walked around for probably 2 hours and didn't see everything. Only stopped because they were closing. Helpful staff member gave me a clothespin to trade for the items I was carrying so that I could grab more without having to lug it all around. Everything is very organized and neat. You really have to look to find what you want, but that adds to the fun. The staff behind the checkout counter always wrap my frames in paper and tape to make sure they don't get damaged.
