I can't say if they have terrible customer service like some of the other reviews as I was there for 10 minutes, and the employee never came over. When I came in, we got eye contact, but that was it. She never asked what it was I was looking for or that she would be with me shortly. I finally left. Went to the store for a gallon of paint which was the same one I had gotten one year earlier and gave them paint card with the formula and they told me they couldn't mix the paint because their mixer was down. They told me they would print out the formula and I could go down the street to the other Sherwin-Williams and get the paint meet which I did. I get back and I paint an entire bookshelf which took me over three hours since it was a big bookshelf the color just looked really light. As it dried it was not even remotely the right color. I took it back to the same store that printed the formula and they wanted me to buy a new gallon. When I explained to them that I did not want to buy a new gal and I wanted a replacement I gave me attitude and said I never bought it from their store. I told them that they have printed the formula for me and send it to the other store so before I went there they had to decide who had the mistake. He told me I had to leave him alone so he can figure it out and he was very rude. He acted frustrated at me when I was the one that wasted 4 hours of my time painting and another hour to bring it back. His name was Luis and he did not have to be so rude when it was a Sherwin-Williams problem. Guess I can kiss an apology for all of the problems goodbye as I stand here and waste another 45 minutes while they figure it out. So not only the most expensive paint in town it's now ten times the most expensive with all the waste of time. The paint swatch card is the color I requested in the paint on the top of the can is what they made me and they are refusing to take it back. I could not tell. The color difference since the paint on the can was wet when I left and I just trusted them. read more

I came to this Sherwin Williams location in hopes they could look up the paint I bought seven years ago. They had a record of the sale, but not the color formula. The guy who helped was very thorough in exhausting all possibilities to find the exact formula. Eventually, he suggested doing a color match with a piece off the wall. He tinkered with the formula for about ten minutes and gave me paint that is a seamless match. It's perfect. Well done. read more

I've been here twice now and have to applaud the great service I've always received! Our house color scheme is through Sherwin Williams so I brought in the colors and the staff both times have always been helpful and friendly. The paint is a little pricier compared to your standard Lowe's/Home Depot stuff, but the customer service and their knowledgeable staff make it worth it! read more

I don't know why the bad reviews.... we've never had an issue. Everyone has been helpful and knowledgeable. It helps that I know a little something about painting and more importantly know to avoid the big box stores for paint and paint supplies. This store in particular has been the worst. They do not seem to enjoy costumers coming in. There is another Sherwin-Williams about 3 miles north, much better service. This store does not bother in assisting or suggesting thing to help you out. They even told us that the other store was closed and that they were not opened on weekends. We asked for the other stores number which the lady gave us but it was the wrong number. We too a chance and drove 3 miles up and yes they were open friendly and open on weekends. This is the second time this store has gave use wrong paint or wrong information. It's the worst. read more

I am so upset !!! I called this location at 5pm ordered one gallon of paint that we needed to have by 6 am the next day. I told them my husband would pick it up by 7:00pm (closing time).. My husband was driving from Victorville and there was an accident so I called back the store and said he wouldn't make it until 7:05 pm so could I pay for it and have them leave it out the door. The sales guy said "Even though we are closed, We can't do that, we will be here well beyond 7:00pm and we will take care of him". My husband showed up at 7:03 pm and the doors were locked. He knocked and a girl answered and said. "Sorry, I closed my register". I tried to call and no one answered. This was horrible customer service. If the employee at 6pm told me he couldn't do it then I would have gotten the paint but now we are not going to have the room painted before our holiday party. Really really bad service. read more

So I went to this store this morning about 9:55 am. I was parked and noticed an employee just walk to the side door, so I got out of my car and asked if they are opening soon. I got a dirty look from the guy and he rudely replied that they open at 10. So I wait and see that he flipped the sign to say open at 10am, but didn't unlock the door. I noticed a sign that says to use the side door, so I walked around to that door, and it was also locked. Just to be sure, that walked around the building just in case there was another door, but there was not. I walked back to the other doors, but they were still locked. Thanks for wasting my time and next time you need to show up early enough to open the store on time. And don't be rude to the customers. I will be looking for another paint store, thank you! read more

Despite the bad reviews here I am happy to say I've always had a great experience here. They have the largest selection of wallpaper samples I can find locally and their customer service is great. They let me know that by placing an order in store I would pay a very high premium for shipping whereas if I order online it would be free no matter the large size of the order. Very happy to have honest employees work here. read more

We are currently working on remodeling our master bathroom. We purchased unfinished cabinets and a finished vanity. After several attempts to stain the cabinets and being unable to match the vanity. We were getting very fed up. We went to the Sherman Williams on Jefferson in Murrieta and met Alex. He had me bring in a sample of the vanity color and a unfinished piece of wood. With these two items he was able to give us an exact match. We are so happy now and really wanted to give our thanks to a great sales person. THANK YOU SO MUCH ALEX. read more

I have gone to this store multiple times this weekend for a few items that I had to pick up to paint the inside of my home. Every time I have come in, they have been beyond friendly and super helpful! Luis especially here is a huge stand out! Any questions I had he was quick to answer and help me pick out the right products. He never tried to sale me a product that cost me an arm and a leg, but would help pick out products that were of high quality and on a sale price. He was very knowledgeable and happy to help me load my car for every visit! The paint is a premium quality. I will certainly be back for my next paint project. read more

I came here last week to purchase some inteterior touch up paint. When I showed them the Frazee paint they immediately said that it would have to be a gallon paint! I stated again I just need to touch up, they said we have a coupon that we can apply and it would run about $40! When I came here I thought I was going to get help from paint pros or something and the kid who helped me seriously had no idea what he was doing, asked about wallpaper he said he didn't know. Um ok then get someone who can help me..! Yes the paint is pricey but it is the best I have ever tried. The quality is great, covers well, dries quickly and smoothly. My favorite if the latex primer - it goes on smoothly, lays down well, quick drying time and flattens out well while drying. And I have always found very helpful staff who know their products. I have used many paints but this is the best by far. read more

I will be a customer forever after an awesome experience. Decided to paint my interior walls a neutral gray and it was tricky to find the perfect shade. I was in the store multiple times buying samples and the staff was so incredibly knowledgable, friendly and helpful. And extremely fast at mixing up your samples and/or paint. Finally found the perfect shade of gray and ordered 11 gallons at 40% off. I got the Emerald paint and as far as price goes- I will say WORTH EVERY CENT. Yes it's a little pricier than some paints but in this case you absolutely get what you pay for! The painters loved the quality and ease of application, and now that it's done and I've had for a few weeks I see such a huge difference then paints I've had in the past even much better than Behr Marquis which is also very good. I have 3 kids, and so far have seen my new walls be abused with flying hot wheels, a ketchup explosion, colored hair chalk, an incident with a crayon, and even a bike falling into the wall and scraping down the side. Not to mention my husband knocking a bookshelf he was moving into the walls. And NOT ONE ding or chip! Crayon and other stuff wiped right off, and things hitting the wall literally caused ZERO damage. It's like magic! Sherwin Williams is the end all be all of paint. Will never ever ever use any other paint again. read more
