I even had someone come to my house for measurements and flooring quotes. I do not recommend lowes to do your work as they contract out the work to the lowest bidder. If anything, use them to get free measurements and thats it. For jobs, the value is not the best. Sometimes the employees don't know where things are and they always say "i'm new here"... but then I tell them "well I don't work here" and they get bamboozled. When told "anytime during the day" it's common sense/knowledge to assume 8AM-8PM UNLESS TOLD OTHERWISE. We missed our delivery because they indeed called/texted/knocked at 6AM. My phone notifications are off and I was asleep. Now I'm having to reschedule the entire project. Customer service includes being detail-oriented and mindful of the customer order. Why 3 Stars and not one? - because after calling to explain the situation, the Home Depot Representative was very understanding and empathetic to what my situation was. Before driving to the store, I called at 1:36 PM to confirm a 24 gun safe was in stock and to verify it could be loaded into my truck. I was told to arrive at least 30 minutes before closing and they would load it with a forklift. I arrived at 7:00 PM, a full hour before closing, only to be given the runaround by the supervisor, Angela. After wasting my time, she finally admitted that she was not experienced enough to operate the forklift and told me to come back another day. That was not an option. I had borrowed a truck, driven hours through traffic, and spent over $75 in gas based on the information their employee provided. Instead of taking responsibility or finding a solution, they showed no concern for the inconvenience or expense they caused. I ended up calling two handymen to help load the 380+ pound safe myself, costing me even more time and money. I decided to wait until the next day and speak with the store manager, Tim, hoping he would make things right. Unfortunately, he was no help at all. He offered no solution, no apology, and no effort to address the situation. That conversation confirmed to me that this store has serious customer service and management issues. By the end of the experience, I would have been better off buying the safe from Turner's or Costco. Poor customer service, poor management, and no regard for customers. I will never shop at this location again and would not recommend it to anyone. Also After being told they could not load the safe because the supervisor claimed nobody was available or qualified, I had to spend additional time and money finding my own help. It came time to finally paint the walls of my house and the interior designer recommended 4…read moredifferent colors. Two of the colors were from Sherwin Williams and the other two were from Benjamin Moore. I picked up samples from both of those companies and while I was at it I stopped by Dunn Edwards, per my painter's recommendation, to see if they could color match the Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore colors. When I arrived at the store, I instantly noticed how clean and well organized everything was. Prime parking was super easy to get too because the store is in a great spot of the plaza where there is hardly any traffic. The first employee to greet me was Dylan. He was super friendly and patient (also genuinely kind to my two toddler sons) and he was able to successfully match all of the colors I requested and so I ended up doing the entire interior of the house using Dunn Edwards paint, not even bothering with Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore. I came out a lot cheaper and the paint looked just as good when matched up side by side on my "sample wall". I feel it's also important to mention that I read a previous review about an employee being very rude and I'm sure that was not Dylan or the other guy whose name I unfortunately didn't get (he was a very tall, young guy braids) as he was great too. He took a lot of extra time to show us different swatches and explain the different types of paint. Obviously shopping for paint isn't going to be a super fun experience. I mean there's even that sarcastic saying that goes something like, "This is about as fun as watching paint dry..." But, all shopping experiences should be pleasant and you should feel that the employees care about your satisfaction. Therefore, I would highly recommend anybody who is looking to purchase paint to stop by this store. If possible, ask for Dylan because he provided me with a great experience and I'm sure he will do the same for you.

Shane went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my license plate on my vehicle. I needed some new screws. The ones that were in there were so incredibly hard to get out. Shane went outside and went above and beyond to get the problem solved. Shane figured out the correct metric screw size that we needed in the hardware department . Then went back outside again in the parking lot to make sure they fit on my Mercedes-Benz. The screws fit beautifully! Thanks to Shane, I have a nice and secure license plate + frame now. Shane is a real asset to Lowes home improvement store. A+
