ABSOLUTE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECIEVED, the kid lied about his name, said it was Kevin. Then when I complained about the employee he calls him Kevin. I asked so you're both Kevin and they both laugh. I asked for the number to the manager and they both laughed at me. I recorded our engagement at this point at they continued to ridicule me and laugh. I WONT EVER COME BACK TO THE SHIT HOLE!!!!! BUYER BEWARE THEY REFUSED TO HONOR MY PURCHASED WARRANTY!!!! SHAME ON THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINES I will also be reporting this to the BBB.

Harbor Freight has all the stuff you need for projects and so much more. The checkout staff is friendly. Usually hard to find someone to help you, but recently have had better luck. Ivan helped us out last time and went above and beyond to help us get right thing for the job.

I've been here a few times to pick up some small items. Always had a great experience and the prices can't be beat.

First off, I love this place. A lot of people dog it for cheap tools... but I have a number of power tools from here and I'm still using them and they all work great! I had one ratchet set (I paid 4.99 for it!) break but they just gave me a new set because it had a lifetime warranty! The staff kicks butt. Zach the manager is knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. If they have it in the store, the staff will know where it is! Every month or two they have a parking lot sale - and they sell stuff at close out pricing. It's a great time to pick up some manager special tools, dollies, patio string lights and even free gifts. If you're a track club member you usually can get some freebies with each flyer they send out. Oh yeah, the prices. The stuff is waaaay cheaper than Home Depot or Lowe's... it's said they aren't as high of a quality, but like I said above, I have a circular saw, drill and edging saw and they all work fantastic. Plus, I have a giant fan I bought did my business and it runs 24 hours a day.

They always seem to have a great deal. WYSIWYG! The manager was super helpful. I especially like that they are open on Sunday at 9:00am.

Both had the time to be able to give us the assistance we needed. We were so impressed by their knowledge and patience, that if this is an example of the staff at Lowe's, we will never think of going to another place. They had an excellent selection of products and the prices were a great value. Thank you, Sandra and Tatsuya! We so appreciate you!

I am writing to convey my profound disappointment regarding the Oaks Aura ceiling fan light…read morefixtures, which proved exceptionally challenging to install. Despite my extensive experience with similar products, this unit's design significantly deviates from industry standards. The primary frustration stemmed from the mounting bracket's incompatibility with standard residential electrical boxes, alongside the difficulty of housing the remote control and wiring. This necessitated unconventional and time-consuming modifications, including anchoring the fixture directly into a ceiling joist and purchasing a separate ceiling medallion to conceal exposed gaps. The need for longer machine screws further highlighted design flaws to conceal the wiring and brackets. This installation process for the Oaks Aura ceiling fan light fixture was arduous, demanding a level of improvisation, technical skill, and specialized tools well beyond what an average consumer possesses. As a registered Civil Engineer, I view this design as a potential safety and liability risk for homeowners. My review has not reflection on the other ceiling fan light fixture products that I have purchased that are sold at Lowe's but consequently, I cannot recommend this Oaks Aura products for general consumer purchase due to its complex and non-standard installation requirements. Lowe's needs to consider removing Oaks Aura product from its shelves.

I have to give kudos to the gentleman working in the tools department. I can't remember his name…read moreeven though I really wanted to give him a shout out. He is an Asian gentleman probably in his fifties. Anyway, I haven't received customer service like what he provided in a very long time. He went out of his way to find something for me which included him having to get a ladder and move half way across the store. Climb to the very top shelf to grab the item I was looking for. As someone who was fed up with Home Depot due to a poor experience in the past, this team member changed my perception. I am now a returning customer to the Home Depot. I think retailers need to understand that as consumers we can just go on Amazon and get what we need most of the time. However, when you create great experiences through amazing customer service it brings us into the stores. Hire more people like this man and more people should learn from him.

I visited Home Depot looking for help with a door repair issue. In the door framing aisle, I asked…read morean employee for assistance and was told he was "only a merchandiser" and directed me to the customer service desk. When I approached customer service, I explained my situation to Dory. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. She appeared to be sitting at the desk on her personal phone with what looked like a personal journal or notebook open in front of her. When I approached, her response came across as sarcastic, dismissive, and condescending, as though helping a customer was an interruption to what she was doing. After being sent to customer service for assistance, I was then told they couldn't help me with the repair issue anyway. At that point, I was frustrated and questioned why I had been directed there in the first place. To be transparent, I did use some choice words during the interaction. However, that frustration stemmed from the incompetence, lack of assistance, and attitude I received throughout the encounter. While I could have expressed my frustration differently, it does not excuse the unprofessional behavior I experienced. The situation escalated to the point where a manager, Chris, was called over. When he approached me and asked, "What's up?" I calmly explained what had happened. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue, Dory got up from her chair and essentially issued an ultimatum, stating that either I needed to leave or she was leaving. That level of entitlement and lack of accountability was astonishing. Rather than continue the confrontation, I chose to do the responsible thing and leave the store. I went to Lowe's instead, where I was treated respectfully and received the assistance I was looking for. I came to Home Depot seeking help and guidance, not sarcasm, indifference, and hostility from customer service. This experience was disappointing, unprofessional, and far below the level of customer service I would expect.
