Every visit I have been greeted by many staff people asking if I need assistance and going above and beyond to ensure I find everything I need! The store is clean, well-stocked, and easy to get around, whether you're shopping for hardware, tools, or home upgrades. The garden center is absolutely beautiful--so many healthy, vibrant plants and a great variety to choose from. I even found a couple of rare houseplants I hadn't seen anywhere else, which was a fun surprise. It's definitely worth a stop if you're into gardening or just want to freshen up your space. The staff here are helpful and knowledgeable. One associate took the time to walk me through a plumbing question and helped me find exactly what I needed. He is an Asian gentleman probably in his fifties. Anyway, I haven't received customer service like what he provided in a very long time. He went out of his way to find something for me which included him having to get a ladder and move half way across the store. Climb to the very top shelf to grab the item I was looking for. As someone who was fed up with Home Depot due to a poor experience in the past, this team member changed my perception. I am now a returning customer to the Home Depot. I think retailers need to understand that as consumers we can just go on Amazon and get what we need most of the time. However, when you create great experiences through amazing customer service it brings us into the stores. Hire more people like this man and more people should learn from him.
