The garden center is absolutely beautiful--so many healthy, vibrant plants and a great variety to choose from. I even found a couple of rare houseplants I hadn't seen anywhere else, which was a fun surprise. It's definitely worth a stop if you're into gardening or just want to freshen up your space. He is an Asian gentleman probably in his fifties. Anyway, I haven't received customer service like what he provided in a very long time. He went out of his way to find something for me which included him having to get a ladder and move half way across the store. Climb to the very top shelf to grab the item I was looking for. As someone who was fed up with Home Depot due to a poor experience in the past, this team member changed my perception. I am now a returning customer to the Home Depot. I think retailers need to understand that as consumers we can just go on Amazon and get what we need most of the time. However, when you create great experiences through amazing customer service it brings us into the stores. Hire more people like this man and more people should learn from him.
