The zig-zag line to get out was narrow and my least favorite thing about this store. But I understand the logic behind it as it is pretty cramped inside. Service here is unmatched and if you ever hated Lowes or Walmart perhaps you can find it here. Not to be confused with the old True Value's this is so much more. Small parking lot, logical set up, prices are reasonable, but you must absolutely come here for the service. The staff here are true DIY, friendly neighbors. Willing to show, teach and explain many of the items they carry, but absolutely walk you from start to finish with nothing less than a smile on their face. I generally come here for Traeger Smoker Pellets which most even BBQ places don't carry. I generally stockpile for a few seasons, but come here from time to time for smaller more rustic home work.

Every visit I have been greeted by many staff people asking if I need assistance and going above and beyond to ensure I find everything I need! I love the competitive prices and that there are always coupons available as a member! Online ordering is also smooth! Pickup in the outdoor lockers is quick and efficient. If you have to pick up inside, it's also super easy and quick! Home Depot is the place to go for pretty much everything!

I love that they have a greeter here at the door to direct you to where you need to go. Most of the time when I'm here I know what I want so it's a quick trip in and out. Being able to immediately ask where the specific item is located is so helpful and time saving. What I dislike is the vendors they sometimes have inside at the front of the store. While I get they are promoting their businesses, I have encountered some that are quite aggressive and do not take a simple "no thank you" for an answer. I have had to uncomfortably walk away while they are still pushing their info on numerous occasions. Often times it's for solar, but the last one was for water filtration. I don't need either. Otherwise, I love wandering through the gardening area. They have some beautiful plants/flowers. The staff is helpful and usually says hi. The store is clean and organized. They almost always have what I need and if it's something I can wait on, they are happy to order. I much prefer this company to the other big box store, as I find them much more willing to help. Overall the staff seem happier in their positions. Next time I will enter through the garden area to avoid the sales pitches.
