I even said, "This doesn't look big enough," but he assured me it was the correct one. I took it home and unfortunately it wasn't the right size, so I had to run back to the store. The woman who greeted me the first time was incredibly kind and helpful -- she had even helped me load bags of soil into my car earlier. She handled the return for me with no problem at all. Then I went back upstairs where the actual plumbing specialist helped me pick out the correct part. The customer service here is excellent. It's so close to my house that I prefer going there instead of a big store like Home Depot. I may pay a little more sometimes, but the convenience, helpful staff, and friendly service make it worth it. Usually, they're right and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store for both customer service and convenience.

Small parking lot, logical set up, prices are reasonable, but you must absolutely come here for the service. The staff here are true DIY, friendly neighbors. Willing to show, teach and explain many of the items they carry, but absolutely walk you from start to finish with nothing less than a smile on their face. I generally come here for Traeger Smoker Pellets which most even BBQ places don't carry. I generally stockpile for a few seasons, but come here from time to time for smaller more rustic home work.

I had purchased 12 large bags of mulch from the Garden Center and asked if I could pull my car around to make loading everything a little easier. As I was walking out, Robert wished me a good day, and I explained that I was going to move my car over to the mulch and showed him my receipt so he knew I had already purchased the 12 bags. Without hesitation, Robert said, "Oh my gosh, not a problem. Let me help you. I'll meet you over there." He met me by the mulch and immediately started loading the bags into my car. Shortly after, Bobby came over and started helping too. Both of them told me they had it handled and that I didn't need to help. Those bags are big and heavy, and what could have been a very difficult task for me ended up being so much easier because of their kindness. Robert and Bobby were incredibly helpful, generous, and true gentlemen. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized.
