I used COE for about 2 years working with a large commercial real estate company. I cannot say enough about how great of a company they are. Respond time: Respond time is PROMPT! Anytime I would put in a request or just had a simple question, someone at the company would always email right away. I was always able to get a hold of someone at the company no matter what time of day it was. I never felt I had to chase them around for updates or delivery times. COE always keeps you in the loop and advises you of all updates. Crew: I have dealt with many of the crew members and they are all so kind. COE furnished our real estate offices and I cannot tell you how many times our agents would change their mind on the arrangement of furniture after the scope of work was in place. COE never hesitated to stay on site to accommodate all our needs. They did so with pleasure and wouldn't leave until everyone was happy. Thank really says a lot about a company, which is why I would turn to them anytime I was in a rut. Service: Mark was usually the one who would meet onsite to go over the scope of work. He is very knowledgeable in his field of work. He will give you his honest advice and you can most definitely trust that he is going to provide you with what you actually need and want. They are not out to make a sale. Their main focus is quality customer service. All members of COE are very respectful and they will go out of their way to help you on last minute requests. Doesn't matter if you are ordering an entire office full of furniture or just one chair. COE has saved me on numerous projects when other companies couldn't follow through. Pricing: Out of all the furniture companies I have used, they have got to be the most reasonably priced. They were 40% cheaper than our other furniture company and the quality was the same! If I could give 10 stars I would!! I found out, at the last minute, I needed to have our office cubicles dismantled. It was a Friday afternoon, and we needed them taken apart by Sunday early morning. I just googled, and COE came up. I didn't expect to get ahold of anyone, but Sam answered the phone, my savior! He was so nice, so ready to help with this last minute request. He said he would be at our office at 7am Saturday morning. He was there before me, with Mike, and they got busy right away. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing, they were so professional. They worked very well together, and dismantled our cubicles in one and a half hours. They were amazing! Everything was left very organized. The price he charged was very fair, he could have really taken advantage because he knew we were in a bind, but he did not. I can't say enough good things about COE, Sam and Mike. I will always recommend COE, and so very thankful to Sam for answering the phone that Friday afternoon! We needed cubicles for our office and went through Craig's List, Ebay and everything else we could search. Ended up running across San Diego Cubicles in Vista (our office is in La Jolla) and ended up getting brand new cubicles that are top of the line and look fantastic for almost the same price as used. The installation went well and everything that was promised actually happened. The owner Mark and his team were so helpful by laying out the design and guiding us to the right set up. Save yourself time and money and get the right stuff. I can only imagine the nightmare we would have had if we bought used cubicles-if you have ever seen these things get assembled you would never risk used cubicles as I can imagine they must look awful. Very disapointed with this company. Got talked into purchasing used furniture out of their warehouse because I could get it quicker. Came dirty and extremely worn looking. Kids that installed were nice but working with their "owner" was difficult, when I could get a response from him. Will not use them again and defenitely would not recomend this company to anyone else. read more
