I have a custom women's Padres baseball jersey. I'm a breast cancer survivor and this jersey comemorates my fight. I've got some really cool players signatures on it, but have avoided the back because I wanted to get two large Pink Ribbons on the back of the jersey. The measurement was 4" of the embroidery work and I was told that I needed to pay a setup fee, which I was willing to pay. It took me a few weeks to get my jersey back to the store, but when I did, I was told that someone had already paid the setup fee and that I didn't need to pay that after all. What they didn't tell me was that it would not be the size I wanted. In fact, it wasn't even half the size!!! Then I was told that it would take a week to 10 days to complete it. It took well over a month. Then I was asked about placement of the ribbons. I told them in the center. They were not centered and toward the top. I was also told that I would be texted when the jersey was done. But all communications were done via email only which further delayed the work because I get over 200 emails a day and literally had to search for the communications. They said that they could redo the work, but that I would have to pay the setup fee. And likely wait another 6 weeks for my jersey? No thanks. Now I need to find another embroidery company to see if they can fix this. This has been a horrible experience for me. read more

I went here to have a graduation stole embroidered. Owner was kind and helpful. Went over the design and what l wanted. He accidentally ended up embroidering something else onto my stole but was apologetic and made it right. I am writing that into this review because I would make similar mistakes and we all do, we're human. But it's how we deal with those mistakes that defines us and he made it right. I was reimbursed for the stole and just reordered another and he did a nice job on the second stole. My husband is going to USC for his master's program this year and l will definitely be back for the owner to do another stole for that graduation as well! I definitely see why people come here. Too bad there's not a lot of competition for Embroidery services in North County, this shop is just below average. Had some hats made a few months ago and the stitching and lettering was wrong size and was crooked. I didn't realize it when I took them but when I got home that was the issue, decided just not to go back. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago. Super fast and friendly service! I had to come back twice since the owner wasn't there when I went on Saturday, but I am glad that I came back. This was one of the few embroidery places that's open on the weekends and since I don't have much time during the weekdays, I was super grateful I found this place. I had to get a satin robe embroidered and they did a wonderful job.
