Absolutely incredible experience with ImageOn Clothing!…read more I sent out a request because I desperately needed a couple of shirts printed for an event that same night. I was only going to be in the Oceanside area for about an hour, so I knew I needed someone who could turn them around SUPER quickly. Grant responded right away, and after a few messages back and forth, I stopped in with my design and T-shirts. From the moment I walked in, he was one of the nicest and most welcoming guys you could meet. We went over the design, placement, and sizing together, and he made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The best part? I was out the door in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES with shirts that looked incredible! I honestly couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The quality, customer service, attention to detail, and ridiculously fast turnaround completely exceeded my expectations. Grant absolutely came through when I needed it most. I will 100% be coming back and will probably start using Image on Clothing for even more of my printing needs moving forward. Thank you so much, Grant!

I'll just say that I felt a lot more comfortable with ImageOn. And here's why... Grant was super nice, patient and informative. He even made a tester shirt to give so we were comfortable with what came out. From first contact on Yelp to final finish everything was smooth and great! I've got some really cool players signatures on it, but have avoided the back because I wanted to get two large Pink Ribbons on the back of the jersey. The measurement was 4" of the embroidery work and I was told that I needed to pay a setup fee, which I was willing to pay. It took me a few weeks to get my jersey back to the store, but when I did, I was told that someone had already paid the setup fee and that I didn't need to pay that after all. What they didn't tell me was that it would not be the size I wanted. In fact, it wasn't even half the size!!! Then I was told that it would take a week to 10 days to complete it. It took well over a month. Then I was asked about placement of the ribbons. I told them in the center. They were not centered and toward the top. I was also told that I would be texted when the jersey was done. But all communications were done via email only which further delayed the work because I get over 200 emails a day and literally had to search for the communications. They said that they could redo the work, but that I would have to pay the setup fee. And likely wait another 6 weeks for my jersey? No thanks. Now I need to find another embroidery company to see if they can fix this. This has been a horrible experience for me.
