Full ceramic window tint came out clean, and they also added the wrap/decal elements to the car. The car looks much better now -- cleaner, sportier, and more complete. The quality is excellent, the attitude was very respectful, and the atmosphere felt very friendly and family-oriented. I reached out for an estimate on a wrap for a company vehicle. Matt gave me an estimate based on the information I had to go on. He then proceeded to call and email so much that I had to tell him to stop. After I later reached out to proceed and he received the digital files from my corporate office, he told me it would cost significantly more. When I told him I couldn't do it because it was too expensive, this was his reply: "When you can't find it cheap please don't reach out to use again we have waisted to much time for only a few bucks thanks Matt the owner of Mr wrap." As a business owner, I find this petty and unprofessional. Dodged a bullet.

His team is also helpful. They went through what I needed vs. didn't need. Some cars have factory tint, but they don't have the UV protection. I decide to get what I got on my last car which is the crystalline series. You don't have to get this all over, but I did because I drive daily and I'm in the suns path often; also because I have people in my car often. It's good in preventing skin cancer or giving you peace of mind if you have had it. The cost is reasonable; they do a fantastic job and the ceramic tint lasts a really long time. You cannot tell it's on your windows, but you can feel the extreme difference between having it and not having it. An easy 15-20 degrees cooler in direct sun. I swear by this business and their products. They also do wraps and coating and other types of things like that. I haven't used those services, but I am sure they do a fantastic job with them. They are a well trained staff. They know what they are doing. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Wasim and his team were fantastic, Wasim is a VERY passionate "Car Guys" and really wants the customer to be happy and get what they want, even smaller details we talked about on drop off were NOT forgotten or overlooked (cleaning the inner barrels of the wheels, they looked great!) I'm so happy we found SunDiego Auto Spa as I have another car with XPel PPF (2020 Camaro 2SS) and the shop that I had it done at 6 years ago changed owners and the new owners don't get very good reviews... If I have any issues with that car, I feel comfortable handing my "baby" over to Wasim to take care of, I would be very comfortable with that. I went in fully prepared to move forward and expected a quote either that afternoon or at least by the next day. Instead, I heard nothing. I left a voicemail on the company line, then called again the following day and left a message with whoever answered the phone. Two days later, I finally reached the salesperson I originally spoke with. He assured me he would send over a link with the quote and payment instructions. That was three days ago, and I still haven't received anything. My biggest concern is that if communication is this difficult when I'm actively trying to give them my business, what would happen if I had an issue after the work was done? I understand places get busy, but a quick call or text to keep me informed would have gone a long way. Overall, this was just a frustrating and disappointing waste of my time.
