I called Mike Agresti, owner of Freedom Branding, a week before Christmas and asked him if he could fulfill an order of embroidered hats by Christmas Eve. He asked if I had the artwork done for the logo I wanted embroidered. I indicated that the art work was prepared and emailed an image to him. Within an hour Mike emailed me a catalogue of hat styles, sent me an image of my sewn out logo, and confirmed he could have the order ready by Christmas Eve if I submitted the order by the following day. BEST SCREEN PRINTING IN NORTH COUNTY! I had a custom North Face ski jacket made for my father-in-law's 80th birthday last April. My request was for very unusual placement on the mid-lower back and on difficult fabric. The customer service I experienced was phenomenal! They sat down with me right away, looked at my sketches and placement ideas, and gave me many options to choose from. They sent mock-ups of the design in a very timely manner, and made adjustments according to my requests. WOW! It turned out better than I could've imagined! And my FIL adores the jacket! I've waited a year to review this item because I was waiting for a picture to post, and I finally got one! He has been skiing at least a dozen times since he received it and always has stories of meeting people on the mountain because of the jacket. This was my first experience with Freedom Branding and I'm honestly floored by the customer service. I called and left a voicemail (with Mike) after hours and then still got a call back and text even though they were closed. I had a super short turnaround time request and he didn't have the shirt color on hand that I needed and was worried if he ordered them they wouldn't get there in time, so on his own he decided to call around and find a local shop that had the shirt colors I needed and would still be able to make the short deadline. So even though he couldn't necessarily help me with the order, he still helped me tremendously. This kind of customer service is unheard of these days. And the price he had quoted me was very very reasonable. Honestly I was mind blown by how amazing their service was! I needed a couple of T-shirts with my custom brand printed on them and most shirt printing places typically have a minimum of 36 shirts that you have to purchase before they will print BUT Freedom Branding was able to customize 5 shirts for an extremely reasonable price! It was $30 a shirt (the more shirts you order the lower the cost), and they had a wide variety of colors to choose from as well as different brands of shirts. Each shirt type was very high quality! I ended up choosing the Unisex Tultex T-shirt brand and the designs came out flawlessly!! They also can design scrubs, hats, baby bibs, and so much more. I'd definitely recommend checking them out! Also, I should mention that most t-shirt printing places take 3-4 weeks to print, but they were able to get my order finished in less than a week! Shout out to Russell and Pete for helping me with the graphics and getting everything sorted on such a short notice! You guys rock!
