Emily and her team are absolutely wonderful, professional and I am so happy and impressed. I wanted to remake an embroidered polo shirt of my husband's which has seen many years of wear. It was a law enforcement special anniversary shirt and it is no longer made but the one he has needs to go. I went in and Emily said it could be done and told me what to do and how to send her the badges and logos, which I did. In just a few days, the embroidery sample was ready for review and since I was out of town on travel, we did all this through email, The sample was gorgeous (much nicer than the original) and the shirts were ready the next day. We wanted a clever outfit for our nephew's bar mitzvah basketball themed party. I get the idea in the middle of the night just one week before the party to have basketball jerseys printed with his party logo. I checked on yelp and decided it couldn't hurt to try. Just four days later I had our two shirts...perfect! Then my husband suggested that we have a shirt made for the man of honor. And as I stand in the shop with the new jersey, it was printed for me. I don't usually ever write a bad review about places but I was super disappointed in this place when it has such great reviews. I got my stocking embroiled through them and they charged $15 per stocking and a $15 one time fee each time you bring something in to be embroidered. They said they would make the names as large as they could. The names ended up being extremely small and said that was as big as they could make it. It was a 7 in wide stocking and the name was about 2 inches wide. I was super disappointed when I thought it would be so much bigger and they basically told me sorry and deal with it. It cost me $80 for 4 stockings for 2 inch wide name. Then I asked again about getting a blanket embroidered and again it was going to be another $15 fee and about $40 to get the name embroidered on a blanket. So $55 to get a name embroidered on a small baby blanket. I said "no thank you" and walked out. I read that they have great reviews but they are extremely expensive and every time charge you a $15 fee for each thing you do. Super expensive and very disappointed in the size of the stitching. read more
