They also have blanks for any creative visionaries who may prefer to design their own hat from scratch. I've window shopped at Lids a handful of times, but this was my first time making a purchase. We had the pleasure of meeting Andre, who truly gave us an ideal consumer experience! He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and engaging. Once we finalized our selections, Andre let us know that our embroideries would be completed in 30 min; we came back in 20 and our two hats were already waiting for us at the register. A delightful experience overall--my true rating is a 4.5/5 (rounded down to 4), only because their glow-in-the-dark thread came at an additional cost, but the glow itself is rather unnoticeable and almost nonexistent. Nonetheless, it certainly seems as if I have a new (and healthier) reason to visit the third floor of this mall now!

I couldn't find the brand number but it was listed as cargo pants. I spoke with the youngest guy working there and he wasn't sure. He checked with someone else and then checked online for me. What I was looking for is the industrial Dickies cargo pants that they don't sell. He showed me how to find them online and I appreciated that. Most places might be lazy and just try to take your business since your paper says exactly what they sell, which was cargo pants. Going above and beyond saved me from issues later and so 5 star service. The prices aren't bad and lower than most of the places I'd look. I just need to be frugal right now and get the best deal but I'll be shopping here in the future.

The measurement was 4" of the embroidery work and I was told that I needed to pay a setup fee, which I was willing to pay. It took me a few weeks to get my jersey back to the store, but when I did, I was told that someone had already paid the setup fee and that I didn't need to pay that after all. What they didn't tell me was that it would not be the size I wanted. In fact, it wasn't even half the size!!! Then I was told that it would take a week to 10 days to complete it. It took well over a month. Then I was asked about placement of the ribbons. I told them in the center. They were not centered and toward the top. I was also told that I would be texted when the jersey was done. But all communications were done via email only which further delayed the work because I get over 200 emails a day and literally had to search for the communications. They said that they could redo the work, but that I would have to pay the setup fee. And likely wait another 6 weeks for my jersey? No thanks. Now I need to find another embroidery company to see if they can fix this. This has been a horrible experience for me.
