Back in late June 2021, I was still struggling to find a dress for an upcoming wedding in the beginning of July! With only about 2 weeks left, I finally found the dress of my dreams, but the only problem was, it didn't zip up all the way in the back. I called Linda to see if she could work her magic. She said to give her a week and she'd get it done. And she did! I thought it was going to take a ton of adjustments and that it may not be possible, but Linda went above and beyond. She is an incredible woman, kind and patient, and I will be back to her (in a heartbeat!) for any future needs. She's the very best there is!

I share this having purchased a dress where the attendant ripped the tag off so in case I wanted to return or exchange that wouldn't be an option. This wasn't on clearance or anything special. Just one of the very few size large dresses available. I wish they would get their act together because prices are fair and I love the concept.
