The clothes are super cute, they're always rotating through different pieces and they have a great variety. The quality is good and the prices are reasonable. The jewelry options are also great. Lots of different pieces and every time there's something new. But truly the highlight is the women who work here. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. They are helpful but also do a great job of "reading the room" and knowing if you are looking for more attention or just good on your own. They hype you up when something is cute without trying to push everything you try on to you to make a sale. I almost never walk out without having bought something. A few months ago I had honestly one of the most special shopping experiences ever. Brenda was working and it was towards the end of the day so it was quiet. Whether you live in O-Side or you're just visiting, you NEED to stop in this shop. It's actually a collective space with 2 other shops- which is pretty unique for a boutique. I purchased an 18k gold double plated choker necklace by House of Sacred Flame that cost $236. I specifically asked about the double gold plating because I wanted to make sure that it was not going to tarnish. The salesperson assured me that if I made sure that the necklace did not come in contact with any oils or lotions on my skin then it would stay the gorgeous gold color it was. Less than 5 months after I purchased it (and followed the instructions to the letter) the necklace is tarnished. I have reached out to the manufacturer, House of Sacred Flame, but have not heard back from them. This is a cautionary tale for those who shop at this store and perhaps a point of reflection for the person who selects which merchandise to sell.
