I pride myself in customer service and proper etiquette when dealing with the general public. I have now been in this store 3 times today being 12/8/22 approx. 2 pm. I have been greeted poorly every.single.time. The first 2 times I don't think the woman working even acknowledged I had walked in and today the sales associate gave a underwhelming hello and didn't ask if "I was looking for anything in particular?" "Can I help you find a Christmas gift?" "Let me know if you have any questions at all, I am here for anything you may need" and there was nothing as I left the store either "Thanks so much for coming in" "Have a great day!" Are just a few things you can say when you work in retail. If this wasn't the 3rd visit with the same treatment I wouldn't be leaving a review this thorough but I really felt the owner needs to know. They do have really cute items for purchase in there but the staff is rude and seems to maybe only cater to customers who have a certain look to them? Just a guess. Do better in the customer service department and you'd make more sales! I would have been willing to buy a necklace I saw in there today and really cute MYSTIQUE sandals if I was at least treated like an actual customer but I can't support this business.

I purchased an 18k gold double plated choker necklace by House of Sacred Flame that cost $236. I specifically asked about the double gold plating because I wanted to make sure that it was not going to tarnish. The salesperson assured me that if I made sure that the necklace did not come in contact with any oils or lotions on my skin then it would stay the gorgeous gold color it was. Less than 5 months after I purchased it (and followed the instructions to the letter) the necklace is tarnished. I have reached out to the manufacturer, House of Sacred Flame, but have not heard back from them. This is a cautionary tale for those who shop at this store and perhaps a point of reflection for the person who selects which merchandise to sell.

Long story short, she would not budge on her 14 day return policy! I even offered to forfeit the full retail price and use the sales price of the other 2 pair hanging on the rack in the store. Given it was a gift and my friend probably purchased them a little while prior to my Birthday, a 14 day period is far too short and ridiculous when you are talking about a gift. Not to mention she was unpleasant aswell. Sad to say I shall never be returning to that store again, and will urge my friends to do the same.
