The clothes are super cute, they're always rotating through different pieces and they have a great variety. The quality is good and the prices are reasonable. The jewelry options are also great. Lots of different pieces and every time there's something new. But truly the highlight is the women who work here. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. They are helpful but also do a great job of "reading the room" and knowing if you are looking for more attention or just good on your own. They hype you up when something is cute without trying to push everything you try on to you to make a sale. I almost never walk out without having bought something. A few months ago I had honestly one of the most special shopping experiences ever. Brenda was working and it was towards the end of the day so it was quiet. I told her what I was looking for and she pulled some really great options. We ended up having just the very best talk about some wonderful things going on in both of our lives. She's truly so genuine, kind and helpful. I could seriously go on and on. Thank you for always being a great store, and especially thank you for yesterday. I couldn't have had a better experience.

I went in to the store, thinking how cute it was, and told the gal there that I would love to exchange them for something else in the store. I had the gift receipt. Long story short, she would not budge on her 14 day return policy! I even offered to forfeit the full retail price and use the sales price of the other 2 pair hanging on the rack in the store. Given it was a gift and my friend probably purchased them a little while prior to my Birthday, a 14 day period is far too short and ridiculous when you are talking about a gift. Not to mention she was unpleasant aswell. Sad to say I shall never be returning to that store again, and will urge my friends to do the same.

For example, I was greeted warmly by Melissa today and she helped me pick out a few new outfits to try on. She gave me honest feedback and insightful styling advice, but with no pressure. She had an authentic interest in helping me find a piece that was functional for my lifestyle and that was special enough to help me feel like my best self. To top things off, as I'm walking out, she recalls that I had a son at home and asked if he might want a small packet of gummy bears. This may seem like a small gesture, but it's more than that to me-- she remembered me, she remembered him, and she cared. She cared enough to offer him a cheery moment (even if she wasn't there to witness or get credit). That's so cool. Well, even if Tucci wasn't conveniently located in the same shopping center as Philz coffee and Jimbo's, I'd still make the trip to visit Tucci because they're worth it!

Jamie takes time to ensure that her clients are happy, have access to a variety of sizes/options, and experience top notch service! Even though the prices are great, I would shop here even if I had to pay more because they are amazing for our community. Their Wednesday fun runs inspired my son to run from the time he was 6 and now he is running cross country in high school. Their Thanksgiving runs that shockingly have been free are a family tradition. If anyone in the community needs anything, this store always steps up first. First time here tonight for the store's 10th anniversary fun run!…read more Another runner in another run club told me about this, so of course, I had to come check it out. It was also a special run to celebrate 10 years of Fleet Feet, which was very fun. Lots of shoe demos here by Saucony, Hola, Addidas, etc. There was also a snow cone truck here too, free cookies and beverages were being given away. I couldn't stay for the raffle but heard a $200 gift card and some sneakers also given away. Yea! I'll def come back for this Wed fun run club! Will alternate between Lake Miramar and here! And oh the store had lots of running apparel for sale but also running shoes with consultation available. I will be back!
