Hello everyone, I just bought a gorgeous dress here and it's amazing. Everything in the store is great! The two ladies working there were so sweet and nice and the costumer service was really top notch. I am so impressed. I loved how quaint the shop is. They both helped me find a great dress to fit my body and they were just really wonderful. The clothes were all beautiful and I am so lucky I stumbled on this unique shop. Brought my daughter here to buy her prom dress & we had success! It was the 1st place we looked and after trying on several, we found the one. We were hesitant to purchase it tho bc we hadn't looked anywhere else, so the owner put it on hold for us til the next day. We went to a few places and although there were some nice dresses none compared to the one at FRB. We went back to purchase the dress and the owner gave us a discount (she said to help out with the cost of tailoring since we will need to get the gown hemmed) & a free pair of cubic zirconia earrings! The customer service at this shop is absolutely the best. The ladies are so friendly and helpful. It really made a day of prom dress shopping a fun experience. read more

Cute lil shop..that has good quality of clothing including dresses...I came here in desperate need of a prom dress for my daughter and we're able to find a huge selection of cute stylish dresses. The material of clothing is better than u find at those big clothing brand stores at the mall...they do have upscale casual wear. The only CON is parking..this shop is located right on the busy main street of Garnet Ave. so parking is kinda a hassle but if u dont mind to find parking and walking to the shop from there..I can guaranteed the walk will be entertaining considering all the bars and shops around you. read more

One of the few stores near my home in Pacific Beach that I kept coming back since 2011. I can visit and find a perfect outfit for any occasion semi formal to really fancy formal and especially AGE appropriate. I appreciate the way the store is displayed out in color section and length of dresses. I am greeted professionally no matter what I am wearing to the store. (unlike my experiences at department stores at the Mall you've got to look rich to get help) The best part is that this store provides personal experience, April has always been above perfection in this matter. Especially when I visit the store just in case I need a back up dress 45 min before my event. April goes above and shows me all gowns to try because they may not look alive on the hanger but it may look vibrant on your body. read more

Buyer beware!! I went in to this boutique today with a friend because of the giant "red tag sale" sign outside. After going in, the lady comes over and asks if we were looking for anything, and my response "yeah actually we're here for the red tag sale!" This woman proceeded to give us the DIRTIEST look and rolled her eyes as if it was a nuisance, and turned her back and walked away. Not to mention, the "red tag sale" items were just a small rack in the very back of the store! We left completely and received no "goodbye" or "thank you" from this rude woman. Terrible selection and terrible service. As a first time customer, I left with nothing and you will not be getting my business ever! To whomever runs this place, the woman who worked here on 9/5/18 at 1:30pm is extremely rude, and I will never spend a dime here! read more

Iris and her employees are the sweetest people I have ever met. I came in a few days before my birthday and bought myself a dress that I had my eye on. The customer service was great and I went home with my new favorite dress. On my birthday, I went downstairs to go retrieve my dress from my car. When I got there, I saw that my car had been broken into and my new dress was stolen along with other things. The next day I called the store to ask them to be on the look out for the thief trying to return the dress for something new. The manager said to not worry about it and that they would replace the dress for free! I came in that same day and they gave me a new dress free of charge. Absolutely amazing people and great customer service. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to and I couldn't be more thankful!!! Needless to say, I definitely recommend this boutique and supporting these wonderful people. read more

Four Stars - This store seriously saved the day for me!! After going to about 10 different stores in search of a birthday Vegas dress, I was feeling hopeless. I walked in and heard "$10 off all dresses" ... OMG it was FATE!! I tried on a couple that had Vegas written all over them and ended up purchasing one that I absolutely loved! It had sequins on the top half, and the bottom half was form fitting.. just the way I like it ;) Upgraded to FIVE STARS - I found my New Years Eve dress here yesterday. I walked in and the sales associate told me that all dresses were 50% off. Seriously!?! (O.o) /FASHIONGASM!! I walked around the store feeling all giddy like a little girl in a candy store. After trying on 5 dresses, I found one that fit like a glove! It didn't have the sparkles that I had envisioned my NYE dress having, but it was super cute none-the-less. This little boutique is located across the street from PB Bar & Grill and a couple stores from The Closet. This is my new go to store for dresses. And you can't beat that everytime I've gone in there has been some sort of sale or special going on!! read more

Visit #1: Awesome little shop on the Garnet strip. The ladies were super helpful especially Gloria. She totally rocked and went out of her way to help me find just what I was looking for. THANKS, girl!!! I definitely recommend this shop and will hit it again next time I have a big event to dress up for. Visit #2: Okay, so the day after my first visit, they did it again! First I bought an awesome dress there, then I found the perfect bag to go with it. Adriana and Iris were awesome. I can't say enough about this little gem on the Garnet Avenue shopping strip. Went in the day of my birthday needing a dress ASAP. Adriana (manager) quickly got me some beautiful dresses together and i was able to find the most perfect dress in a matter of an hour! Unfortuantly, the only down side was that when i got home to put the dress back on to go on my outing a couple of the leather strings on the dress feel off (due to manufacuring issues). I called her immediatley and she reassured me that i could bring it back after my event so that they could order me a BRAND new dress straight from the supplier and made sure to tell them what the issue was with the dress so that it wouldnt happen again. They kept me posted through the whole process and i will be picking up my beautiful dress this eveing! Now i hope the dress will last me a lifetime or pretty darn close! Definetyly will use them for my future events. read more

This place has an amazing selection of dresses in every color and for every occasion, from casual to very dressy. It's conveniently located among a variety of other shops on Garnet in the heart of Pacific Beach. The staff seemed friendly. I did not end up purchasing anything as I found the merchandise to be a little out of my price range. It's true, as the sign out in front says, that these aren't "boutique prices." However, the range of $50-$200 was just a tad out of my price range. Still, if I was shopping for a more formal occasion, I would definitely return. read more

This place had me hooked when I met an amazing girl named Adriana- she is fantastic at outfitting for any occasion and will go above and beyond for you! She is better than any stylist I have ever had and she puts you in outfits that not only work well for your body type- but make you feel you've lost that "5 pounds." She grabbed the one on the shelf which was exactly her size. At the time a male sales approached us and he said "can I get you any size?" I asked him and he said "It's only that particular band (I think it's called Earthlink) and they are all mixed in the shelves." When he told me this, he said it in a tone that's really disrespectful. Like talking to a kid. I spoke in Mandarin to my mom and told her this guy is very rude. Even though she liked the shoes, we do not need to buy them here. Overall, this place does have good quality or lets just say expensive shoes. However, the service was really bad and whoever that salesperson is needs to work on his attitude towards customers.

It sucked because i bought them for europe and then I was sent away from the store (that I had spent $500 at the previous day) with shoe inserts and a "sorry, we don't do returns if you wore them at all." It was the same salespeople from the previous day and they literally didn't care at all that I had large blisters.. BUT when I was spending $$$ they could have been my best friends... Oh sales people... I just think people should know this BEFORE buying shoes from this store. Their shoes are perfectly fine but their policy is plain rude. If I spend a ton of money there, they can afford to take the loss on one $70 pair of walking shoes even if that can't happen with every customer return (it's a small store). Anyways, if you find something here, chances are it will be online AND at nordstom for the same price and you can actually return them if they're uncomfortable.
