Great service from the owner. Good selections Very flexible to help keep your uniforms looking sharp.

Excellent price for sewing a small patch on a denim jacket. . . . . . . . . Other businesses I contacted quoted prices of $15 upwards. I believe I paid $5 at Uniforms Plus. read more

Beautiful Store & Owner is Friendly, knowledgeable & so willing to help me with everything I needed. If she did not have more of an item she could ordered it and receive it quickly. I Love helping out Small Businesses, especially when they are kind, deserving & hard working individuals. Highly recommend Uniforms Plus. For all Uniform items. I am USPS & my husband is Sheriff she has both & plenty more. Spend your allowance or own earnings here. Stop in and look around & be impressed. read more

Nasty lady! Rude! Zero customer swrvice. She was too busy on her phone to help. Find another shop. read more

This place was fantastic! They got my uniforms done perfectly with flawless embroidery. The craftsmanship was excellent, customer service was top-notch, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. read more

I work for USPS and I have been going to this store for years. Aside from being so sweet and helpful Nahid, the owner, is absolutely wonderful. She goes out of her way to help you find whatever it is that you need. If she doesn't have what you're looking for in-store, she will go out of her way to help find it for you. This is one of many reasons why I keep returning to her store. Supporting our local businesses is essential and Nahid is a valuable part of our community. If I could give her a 10 star rating, I would. read more

The old lady that works there I believe she said her name is Nahid. She was super rude and had an attitude. Save your time and money and don't shop at this store to get your uniform. Never going here again. read more

The owner is always very helpful, and doesn't waist your time with trying to sell you things you don't need. She's always straightforward which I appreciate. Five stars for sure. read more

My son is entering the Fire Academy and made the mistake of going to another uniform supply company in Escondido. With 7 weeks lead way, they completely dropped the ball and he was faced with the possibility of not being able to start the Academy due to their inability to provide the necessary items. He called Nahid at Uniforms Plus and she instantly helped him and pulled together all the items that he needed, going ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that he was prepared. Lesson learned, we will never make that mistake again. Nahid has our business for life! read more

I came here by word of mouth from co-workers and this place did not disappoint! Customer Service was AMAZING.....! Attentive, detailed and honest.....! I just moved in from YUMA, AZ and I'm glad that I found an amazing place where I can find ALL my work uniforms with ease......! THANK YOU Uniforms Plus........see U soon...!!!!! read more

I just picked up four police polos from Uniforms Plus where Nahid took care of the patches and the embroidery. The work was done in 5 days, the quality is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. I'll be back for my Class A uniforms as well. read more

Quick stop in to look for some uniforms for a film. They appears to have a great selection of Medical and Hospital type garb (as there is a major medical center 1 block from here, I guess that makes sense). Also alot of Law Enforcement clothing...footwear etc. The staff was also helpful, I was asked if I needed assistance by a few people pretty promptly. read more

This is the best uniform company hands down. They are professional, sell a good quality product, and their prices can't be beat. I have been purchasing uniforms here for over ten years. Don't make the mistake of trying anywhere else; you'll be disappointed. read more

I have been here twice and both times I have received great service and was able to get all my mail carrier items. I live in Hemet and this place was well worth the drive! I will definitely be back! read more

Worst customer service, super overpriced, and the owner is terrible. She will argue with anyone. You will notice in other reviews all her responses are either defensive or mean. Not sure how she contracts with businesses around town because the quality of material is less than par. Would never recommend this business to anyone! read more

Don't shop here. Way over-priced. Very poor service, especially very rude lady in the back of the store (she seemed like the owner). Looking at other reviews, I am thinking maybe the owner changed a few years ago. This place tried to sell me 2 short pieces of linen (less than 1 yard for both) that goes on my school uniform for $7. I asked her (owner lady) how much is the whole packet of tape and she said, "Why don't you find out for yourself?" and she refused to sell the packet of tape. I walked out with my uniform and went to Walmart. Walmart was selling the whole packet of the same tape (4 yard) for less than $2. This place obviously doesn't want customers to come back. Yuck! read more

I come here about once or twice a year when I need something for my uniform, and I've been coming back for three years now. I'm not sure what the prices are for uniforms because I get them through the agency I work for, but accessories are not too pricey in my opinion (usually I just get button extenders or something for my belt). For the footwear I just go to a different store (those can be a little upscale here). Nahid is usually there and is very helpful (she's usually up in the front of the store). The ordering time for uniforms is quite speedy and tailoring takes a few days depending on the amount of orders they already have. There are a ton of patches for agencies, pants, work shirts, scrubs, footwear, and even accessories for first responders to purchase. read more

They sell legit police uniforms and have a wide selection of uniforms for the medical field. I purchased a real cop outfit for my Halloween costume, with all the accessories. The quality is top notch. The people were really friendly too, providing free tailoring as well as another freebie from the owner's personal accessories. Very friendly! read more

The owner helped fit me in a nursing uniform and found really cute options. She was honest with me about what looked good. Very simple shopping experience. Thank you. read more

Great customer service and awesome turnaround time on uniforms! They had my uniforms tailored, with the patches sewn on, in a day. Amazing, especially compared to what I was used to with my other uniform store. They've earned a new customer, highly recommend! read more

Excellent company. I had a uniform ordered for me from my volunteer dept. and had a sizing issue. They were great about getting me into a pair of nomex pants that fit and hemmed them for me on the spot. Awesome service from wonderful ownership and employees! read more

I rarely ever write reviews but I always receive great service at this shop and it's well deserved. Sofie provides excellent customer service and really makes sure you get the right fit. She was able to multitask between multiple customers and keep the store clean while providing excellent service to everyone. This is the place to go for uniforms and I will certainly recommend it to friends and family. Sofie is awesome! read more

The level of customer I receive here every time is beyond my expection. We as first responders do a lot for the community and it's very kind for these two ladies to take care of my co-workers and I. Hands down the best Uniform Store in San Diego PERIOD. They will go the absolute last mile for you to make you look professional. I've been coming here for 3 years. Super professional. These two ladies are just absolutely amazing. Thank you for doing what you do for us!!! read more

I have only been here a few times. Some asian/mexican lady that works there, owner or employee is really rude. Gives attitude when it requires her to work. Second time I went in there for just a hat, she asked if I was only taking 1 and smirked when I told her yes. Don't know why I would need more then 1 hat but she must know. Dont go here... bad customer service. read more

Uniforms Plus has excellent customer service. I needed uniforms within a week to start my new job and they did it without an issue. Nahid is always helpful when it comes time to ordering uniforms. This place gives Ace Uniforms a run for their money! read more

These guys are outstanding. So much better than Ace Uniforms. If you need your uniform for FD or PD, this is the place. Cheaper, friendlier and they deliver. Altered my uniform while I waited. Give them a call read more

Great place. Small business so all the better for law, fire, and medical to support, Owner is all about customer service. Rather give them the business over the big business for example ACE Uniforms who make it a point to undercut the price of small business. read more

I've work for a local fire dept. We have two vendor options for uniforms. I have used both approved vendors in the past. However, the EXCELLENT customer service and quality of work by Nahid and her staff made it a easy choice!! read more

This is a very well stocked store, the people working there were extremely helpful!

Great service decent prices and good selection. The staff is extremely friendly as well. I dropped off my sweater to have my name and patches sewn on a Saturday morning and was told it'd be ready on a Thursday. I was called on Tuesday being told it was ready for pick up and I picked it up on a Wednesday. Fast and professional service and the sweater looks great! 2 patches and my name embroidered for $20. I'll definitely come back. read more

I ordered a custom item & Nahid placed my order with the manufacturer. Even though a color diagram was submitted to the manufacturer with the order, the item delivered did not match the diagram. Nahid contacted the manufacturer & they refused to take liability for the error. Nahid had to ship the item back & pay for the change & shipping. When I finally picked up the new item, it was perfect. I offered to help Nahid with the cost, but she refused. Even though it took almost 2 months to finally receive my order, Nahid was always courteous and helpful. Excellent customer service! read more

oh my gosh, I was reluctant to go here based on the other Yelp reviews and was so glad that I did. The gals there could not possible be more helpful they were great. My needs for my uniforms were met as I needed help knowing which is which and what goes with what. They had the knowledge to help me in my trade! The hems were done very fast, not the same day, but I totally expected to wait a few days for my order to get all finished! Totally satisfied and will be back there next year with my annual allowance! read more

I work for a local fire dept and needed a new pair of pants and a patch sewn on a shirt VERY LAST MINUTE. So I called ahead, explained the situation and she said: "no problem" and to come right on in. All sizing, trying on, sewing on patch and hemming pants.......done in not even an hour! If looking for fair prices, good service and nice people then look no further. read more

I called in and ordered a shirt that required patches sewn on. The shirt was ready the next day. When I picked up the shirt I decided to buy a pair of pants also. They marked the length and had them hemmed and ready to go in five minutes. Great service. read more

After looking at thrift stores and online for a housekeeping uniform for part of a Halloween costume, I stopped here and found EXACTLY what I wanted. The sales person, (might have been the owner), was very friendly and super helpful. I described what I was looking for and she went straight to the rack and picked it right out. She also helped me look at accessories and gave me some good ideas for how to create what I was looking for. I think the price was fair for what I was looking for and better than some prices I saw online. I was in and out of the shop in just a handful of minutes! read more
