If I could give this place, a zero stars, I would have the worst experience of my life. The man in…read morethe register has no respect for women or anybody don't shop here boycott this business. They need to fill the effect of how they conduct business in their wallets if more people stop buying here maybe they'll change the way they are or if not, they can go out of business and we can start a new business with people within integrity and respect I can't even say the man behind the counter because I wasn't sure if he was a man or a boy wearing pink sweats had a very disrespectful way of expressing himself towards me. Yes, I was upset because I was about to spend more than $300 in this dump. The prices are always unreasonable. There's other places with better prices.. not sure how many times they've been robbed and I know they might be extra alert because they've been robbed so many times, but I'm not a robber and I've never robbed or stolen anything but the way this man disrespected me or a person disrespected me was unforgiving. My husband had to tell him to stop disrespecting me. That's all much he was not being respectful and as a conducting business, that is not a way to conduct business I will never in my life purchase. Nothing from here ever again. I've been coming here since I was a kid, but I'll never come back here again mark my word I would definitely like to stand outside and let people know what kind of business they conduct them there to hopefully stop people from going there and they can feel it in their wallet, maybe more of us should stop shopping there so they can stop being so disrespectful and rude. Worst place ever.. and yes, I will let the business Bureau know what kind of business they conducted and I recorded the whole interaction.

They definitely can compete with amazon as far as prices I even found a real tree camo jacket for $69 that cost 100-200 on amazon I was shocked big time they even put a special order in for me for some overalls that they didn't have in stock the staff is really friendly too! Tristen what a coincidence that we have the same name helped me find the right size that would fit me since sizes run big in carhartt products so I definitely saved myself a amazon return because if I wouldn't have gone in store to find my correct size I would have been wrong on my size on amazon so definitely recommend trying carhartt on before ordering on line. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my coworkers and friends!

That is the entire purpose of this store! We made an appointment, came in, got measured, and got everything ordered a month-ish before to ensure they would be ready for school to resume. 1 Star -- SCAM ALERT / TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more I placed an order for three polo shirts in the store on 8/8/2026, and almost two months later, my order still has not been shipped. I have tried contacting the store by phone and email, but I have received no response to either. At this point, I have no idea when--or if--I will receive the uniforms I paid for. If you need a uniform and have no alternative, I would strongly recommend considering another option. One alternative is to: 1. Get the logo from your institution. 2. Buy a similar shirt from Target or Amazon. 3. Have a local tailor/seamstress add the logo. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from this store unless their customer service and fulfillment process improves.

By AUGUST I still hadn't received the coat. I went in for our annual trip to the store in August and most of the items I needed were out of stock; par for the course. I picked up a few items in store and placed an order to be delivered in 3 weeks time. 6 weeks pass and I call the 1-800 number to check on my order. It was put on my account as "store fulfilled". I ask to speak to a supervisor and request items rushed. Supervisor never calls me back. I still haven't received all my items. I encourage schools to look for alternatives when considering uniforms. Dennis uniform has wasted so much of my time hunting down items and calling to fix their mistakes. I've encouraged our school to opt out of a contract again with Dennis Uniform. It's not worth the headache. It's hard to have a uniform requirement when the company we work with can't fulfill in reasonable timeframes and makes careless mistakes on the regular.
