Although they had two employees and only two customers, my existence was not acknowledged by either worker for over five minutes. (The gentleman at the register made a noise when I asked him about the machine in the front of the store but that was it). I even stood no more than 4 feet away from a female employee while she was talking with a customer and she didn't acknowledge my presence, much less tell me that she could help me in a moment....... it gives me such a terrible taste in my mouth to be treated like dirt in my hometown. But I did go today and spend $200 on a pair of shoes and I'll bring my family of four (including 2 young teens) to a shoe store in Encinitas even though they sell the same product at the same price over 5 miles away...... I really wanted to support local. But clearly the employees don't care about service.
