Extremely disappointed with our experience. We provided our merchandise over six weeks ago and paid for the work to be completed. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, communication has been poor and responses have been limited or nonexistent. Our organization has used this business for years, which makes this situation even more frustrating. After more than six weeks, we still do not have our merchandise back, leaving our high school dance team without the items they need for camp. Delays can happen, but a lack of communication and failure to return customer property is unacceptable. We expected much better service and professionalism. The quality of the embroidery is an 8.5/10, and the pricing is A 7.5/10. The customer service is a 1/10, and the ability to deliver what the customer requests is a 2/10. I was told eight different deadlines by the couple who own this business and all eight were not delivered. The embroidery was wrong the first time I attempted to retrieve the product as well. The business advertises 7-10 days until completion. It took 22 days to complete my product. In addition to the incorrect color being embroidered on the text I requested, they failed to properly deliver the sizing I requested for the two emblems on either side of the bag I had embroidered. Every missed deadline passed without a single call or email from the business. I had to call after it was missed just to receive excuses that sounded like lies since they never communicated them before they reached another failure. Upon the final completion of the embroidery, the wife of the couple was extremely dismissive to my questions, told me the bag being incorrect is my fault, and yelled at me. She even said I was a liar when I said they took 22 days to complete the product and that I must have lied when I made the original requests for large emblems and red text. When I asked why they sewed over a pocket without notifying me she dismissed my concerns and laughed at me. I had planned to use this facility many more times since the majority of my $157 purchase included a $99 start-up fee to embroider my logo for the first time which means great pricing for the future. Now, I have to find a new embroidery location and screen printing location, another service I planned to use here. The fact that I received no apologies, that I was blamed for their failure, and that the business did absolutely nothing to show value to their customers indicates that they are not worth the time and effort it takes to ensure they complete their jobs while ordering business from them. Edit: the combative nature of Sandra's reply is perfectly in line with how I was treated throughout this process. This was not a rush order. The process of approving the emblem was communicated in person to me as stitching style, not size, and the bag was not presented to me for a size match at the time of approval. I just recently placed another order with EmbrodeMe and was excited to finally have the product delivered on time. Ordered an embroidery of just TWO letters on a towel. When I went and ordered it, not only was it $35 for two medium sized letters they said it would take 10 days and they would call me when it was done. I thought ok it's the holidays it might take longer, I went back 21 days after I had dropped off the towel because I had not received a call and they had not started the towel. He told me I was an hour early and it was about to be started, which was very obviously him realizing he didn't do the towel at all because the embroidery would only take about an hour to do. I came back the next day so 22 whole days later and was given the towel. The letters were not centered and I was offered no apology or discount even after asking why this took over double the time. He obviously forgot my order and for $35 and a time guarantee I would expect an ounce of remorse. Would not recommend at all. Did not value my business one bit and I know if I never went back to pickup my towel, he probably would have simply never given me my order back and I would have been out $35 which is expensive for two medium letters. read more

Now that the holidays are over I feel that I need to let the yelpers out there know about my experience here. On 12/7/16 I took a custom made apron in to get a name embroidered on the pocket of the apron. The apron was a Christmas gift for a family member that loves to cook and does it well. I spent at least 30 minutes discussing with the older gentleman exactly what I wanted, where I wanted it, etc. He was very helpful! He brought out a piece of their machinery to show me what size I can expect the name to be, considering it was on a pocket and the mechanism can only fit inside certain pocket sizes. I felt good about everything and was told it would be ready on 12/16/16. I went in on 12/16/16 to pick up the apron and it wasn't finished. I get it, it's the holidays, no big deal. The same gentleman said they would call me when it was ready. The next day I received a call from Sandra saying the apron was ready. I went in on 12/19/16 to pick up the apron, it looked great. The name was spelled right, it was the right thread color. As soon as I stepped outside I realized a problem... The name was embroidered through the pocket instead of just the top of the pocket. I was immediately disappointed because I knew there was no fixing it. The apron has ONE pocket and now it is unusable. I went back into the store and told the same gentleman what happened. He took the apron in the back and told Sandra about their mistake. If you haven't been there, the store is not very big, so I heard the entire conversation. She blamed him for not writing it on the order. He asked her what he should tell me and she said "just tell her it didn't fit". So when he came back out I told him I heard their entire conversation and I know that it's a lie. Anyway, Sandra refused to give me a refund. I asked her if she could fix it but, as we all know there would be tiny holes where the first stitching was done. So I took my apron and left. Very dissatisfied with the customer service they provided. Sandra was more combative than anything even though she knew they made a mistake. Neither one of them bothered to apologize. Instead, the thirty-five dollars that I paid for a 6-letter name was more important to them than a returning customer. Most importantly Yelpers, I feel that I need to let you know that Sandra said to me "We sew pockets closed all the time." I just thought everyone should be aware of this before you take in your items, you know just in case you want to continue using your pockets. Bottom line is there are so many other places that offer embroidery services. I would recommend you do a little research. But hey, as I walked out she yelled out from the back of the store "Bring in a towel or robe and I'll do it for free. Awesome, thanks! (Sarcasm) P.S. It was fun explaining to my family member about the pocket she can't use on her new apron. -_- 2 stars because the man was nice. read more
