Needed 85 baseball hats embroidered for a corporate event. Went to see Dan 3.5 weeks before I needed the hats. He strung me along for a week and then told me they couldn't do what I needed and since Dan was "retiring and selling the business" he wasn't interested in finding a solution. They wasted a week of my time during a tight deadline. I ended up scrambling and finding another vendor who delivered exactly what I needed. Seems like Dan should have retired years ago. Feel bad for whoever he sold the business to, because good old Dan is ruining the reputation of the store before handing over the keys. read more

Update: at the advice of Fully Promoted I found an embroidery shop in Vista with an awesome showroom, state of the art machines and technology, and they are a small family business willing to take orders small and large!
