ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO HERE!…read more My printer was printing erratically, so I took it in for eval. $69 up-front charge to even have the printer looked at. Jeff (the short rude guy) became extremely hostile and had a horrible attitude. Before I left, I asked if I could use their restroom. Jeff said they didn't have a public restroom. I politely stated I am not the public, I am a paying customer. He said the bathroom is out of service. I asked where he goes to the bathroom, at which point, he came around the desk and tried physically force me out of the store. This place is a joke. How do they treat their customers like this? Reading other reviews, I see I am not alone. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE!
