    Okay I am just hopping on here to say that Kirkland in the print department is sooo awesome! He is always so helpful, and always in a great mood. Unlike other staples. I love ordering from this location. Thanks Kirkland!

    This is my backup Staples when the Carlsbad and Vista locations don't have what I need. If the parking and getting into the strip mall weren't so chaotic I'd come here mere often. I come here knowing what I want so haven't had to ask for help much. Customer service is okay. Sometimes better than others depending on the cashier. Isn't it like that either most retail stores, though? Decent prices especially on clearance items.

    Horrible customer service. I was standing in line for about five minutes as these two gentlemen were talking to each other behind the counter. I asked him if he was going to be helping customers and he said "I'm busy." RUDE!!!

It's been a few days since getting the screen replaced and we've noticed that when next to a normal iPhone looking at the exact same images, the colors are a lot different and not as detailed. Also it's been flashing and went black for a few seconds. Really disappointed but not confident we could get a refund, or would even want further repairs from this establishment.

Now the place is trashed, stuff everywhere on the floor and empty cases. Phone had 76% battery capacity when I took it in. He had it done within a few hours. I noticed the power level seemed to be the same and thought the phone needed to reset so I did the calibration twice and nothing different. Restated the phone and still no change. Went to go back to the shop and the place is closed. Called and his phone is disconnected. Been this way for weeks. Today I noticed it open. Stopped in and told him the issue. He refused to give a refund. Said he wanted me to leave it with him again. I don't trust this guy to be open tomorrow and didn't feel I should leave my phone or anything with him. Still refusing to issue a refund. He only accepts Venmo. Venmo will not help you as a customer paying for a service. Once the payment is made you have no protection like you would with a credit card. I think he knows this and uses Venmo to his advantage unfortunately it's not your you a customer's advantage I would highly recommend going anywhere else other than here. Don't make the same mistake I did. By the look of this place this guy clearly doesn't care about this business and his customer service skills show the same. The only way this guy stays open is by ripping off the people that trust his service. Do not give any business to this guy.

    I have a friend who is very bad with phones. Throws his smart phones around like they were the old…read morebrick phones (he's too young to remember those too). On multiple occasions he's called me from random #'s asking me to Zelle him some cash because he can't afford to get his phone fixed, so that's why when my phone charging port failed I knew exactly where to go. I've been on Android & Samsung for 13 years never having had an issue other than loss. So when my S24 Ultra USB-C Port got loose I was thinking of just upgrading, but having lost some key features when they released the S25 Ultra I decided to repair. Phone was at 15% and was taking 3 hrs to charge via wireless and I needed my phone for work the next day (4PM thursday). I called ahead and they said $125 without knowing what model/brand. Showed up and James quoted hour and a half which was perfect as they closed at 7 and had the port in stock. They can sure fix the easy stuff, but when I asked about cases and accessories they pretty much only carry Iphone and the latest models from other brands S24 Ultra is a flagship phone. Service was great, but my screen protector was bubbled from when they removed the glass. Not a big deal, but I wish they had my brand/model for a replacement. While i was browsing I heard James interacting with another customer which gave me pause as he didn't seem to have any sympathy for them wanting to save an old phone which had pictures that were priceless to them. Loss of a star for that. Haven't had any issues since and I'll likely return if I ever have need for repair not through my insurance.
