The final UPS pickup is around 5 PM so I can wait until the end of work day and know that UPS will pick up the packages the same. It has also been easy for me to get photocopies done quickly. Alan works very hard to make sure that things get done efficiently. I don't know the names of most of the people who work here but everyone is always helpful and polite, even when I bring in large, heavy packages at the end of their work day.

His positive attitude made what could have been a stressful chore feel easy and almost fun. This guy went so far above and beyond that I honestly can't thank him enough. Everyone working there was friendly, but the assistant manager truly made the visit exceptional. The problem was that when one of my boxes didn't arrive, I needed to deal with Greyhound and this is where things went south. Greyhound associates told me they had no way to track my lost box and all but one (I talked to about 5) were unwilling to do anything to look for the box (such as calling the stations where the boxes were transferred to confirm how many boxes were transferred) and just kept telling me to call back. To top it off, a staff member at the Oceanside Greyhound station eventually entered my shipment as fully completed, thereby leaving me in a 'their word against my word' situation. It's definitely the cheapest way to ship but don't ship anything you wouldn't mind losing.
