I go to this UPS store often to drop off packages. Although parking is sometimes difficult, the service here is pretty efficient. People who work here don't ever make me wait a long time. The final UPS pickup is around 5 PM so I can wait until the end of work day and know that UPS will pick up the packages the same. It has also been easy for me to get photocopies done quickly. Alan works very hard to make sure that things get done efficiently. I don't know the names of most of the people who work here but everyone is always helpful and polite, even when I bring in large, heavy packages at the end of their work day. read more

When we have to physically ship something, this UPS store is the closest. During Covid they are practicing good protocols, masks are mandatory. I did have a bit of a hiccup when I sent out some closing papers and keys on a Saturday when we sold our house. I was under the impression that the package would go out later that day but they didn't pick up until Monday. That's what I get for "assuming"! This UPS store is the BEST. They are so incredibly friendly here. The computer there can be a bit slow and kind of unreliable, so I do think they need to update it. But the staff is so helpful, and the prices are reasonable. They also sometimes have discounts. I never have to wait very long. Even if there's a long line, it goes fast because they're very efficient. I'm a tutor without a printer, so I know this UPS very well. I've been there at least 20 times in the past year to do copies and ship things out. To give you an idea of how friendly they are, I bring my little old dog in every time, and the woman at the front desk asked me about him, and I explained that he's in heart failure. Well, one day I didn't bring him, and she was all worried and asked if he's OK. First of all, I was surprised she remembered me, as I wear a mask every time I enter this place. And second of all, she went above and beyond by asking about my dog. You just don't see this kind of service in most places. read more

This is the UPS store that's closest to where I live. I've returned multiple things here. Generally I don't keep the receipts past a month as I felt things were handled. Now I've gotten 2 notifications from Amazon stating items that I returned, weren't returned. And I have no recourse as I don't have the receipts. So now I need to just hold them for a year because this business can't return items reliably. I'm really upset I'm out money because people can't do their job correctly. read more

They have usually been friendly and they are fast as far as any waiting time, at the counter. So go on in there and give them all your Amazon returns. Now as far as shipping cost they have been high, but where can you go to get cheaper shipping please let me know. I think shipping costs have been getting more expensive no matter where you go. Anyway like I said the service is pretty good here and that counts for something. read more

By far the best UPS store I've been too! The customer service is amazing and the owner/manager is the best! We are business owners that majority of our business is online so we fulfill a lot of our orders with UPS and have found that this is the UPS in the area by far! They go above and beyond to help make sure our business is taken care of as far as our fulfillment to customers. Even though we are located in Carlsbad we drive all the way to Oceanside because the El Camino Real UPS (closer to our location) is the complete opposite of this store. I can't stand this ups. Sales associates are terrible high school girls and they have this retarded $1 charge to tape your box. I needed just a little tape to close the box. And because I'm a card guy, I didn't have a buck to pay for the stupid tape without a $5 minimum card fee. So she refuses to ship the box, which already has a label on it. The store is located in a convenient strip mall near my house, so when I found out the package was $77 to ship it almost grabbed it and ran!
