Grant responded right away, and after a few messages back and forth, I stopped in with my design and T-shirts. From the moment I walked in, he was one of the nicest and most welcoming guys you could meet. We went over the design, placement, and sizing together, and he made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The best part? I was out the door in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES with shirts that looked incredible! I honestly couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Extremely overpriced and not willing to do anything until I paid a down payment. Would not help me with artwork until I paid. Next, FastSigns. I have had 2 bad experiences here and gave them another shot. Extreme fail. Prices were a little less, but I have to pay for the first draft $70 (look at what $70 gets you top right example. Me on my laptop and 15 mins in MS Paint is bottom right, what I gave them to go off). They made it 10 times worse! I have to pay $35 for each revision! GTFO! Days and days go by no contact, no reply to emails, etc. Took a 1 hour very long drive to come to Oceanside. Showed him my example and the very next day got an email with this wonderful artwork middle left. Done on the first draft! Don't need to change a thing! I am not a graphic designer but try to do as much as I can. Tom, Stewart, and team are always there to help with adjustments I can't do myself, and to offer their professional insight on aesthetic appeal or certain designs and uses. Sometimes I'm in the position where I secure a contract and need print material immediately. MORE THAN ONCE Tom (owner) has met me at the shop on a Saturday morning just to make sure I got the material I needed. This morning (Saturday) he drove to meet me off site and make sure I had the material I needed... because I dumped a large order in their lap at about 4pm on a Friday. Stewart is my go-to man at the shop go setting up my work orders, design, etc. "Stewart I need you to design a 10'x4' vinyl banner. I need this information on it. This is is what I'm using it for.
