I appreciate Lynn taking on the printing of my Father's Funeral program. She was very kind. I was not completely satisfied with the outcome. The 50 folded 8x11 card stock where not folded squarely. I had to re-fold them and try to match up the corners which wasn't easy and didn't always work out. Also, i located in the print where the font was changed for a small portion of the content. Not super noticeable, but a small detail that wasn't caught and fixed. I would suggest checking your order before leaving to make sure you are completely satisfied with the outcome. This is the place to get personalized customer service and a great print job for more than a reasonable price! It was late Friday afternoon and I had to get programs printed up for my son's Boy Scout Eagle ceremony that Sunday. Other quality print shops had closed for the day (4pm vs. 5pm for PCP) and Kinko's cost twice as much. Lynn stayed open past closing time and printed prototypes for me to review before making the final print. She also advised me why one prototype layout was better than another. The programs were beautiful multi-color, two-sided prints on a heavier weight (10 lb?) paper with a glossy finish. I was very grateful for Lynn's excellent service and high quality print work.
