WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Customer service is not in the U.S. and will not help you unless you can provide them the order number. If you are shipping to a trade show your booth number and exhibitor name will not make it to the shipping label, ever if you put it as part of the delivery address. Our last order had terrible color reproduction, so we called to complain. We were told they would fix it on our next order, and it would be free. Now that it is time for that order, they have no recollection of offering us this order free, and argued with me about it. Careful! I couldn't find how much shipping was until AFTER I had spent a few hours designing my business cards. My business cards were only $14.99. They charged me $8.99 to ship just 100 business cards? I think that's an unfair business practice to hold people by the neck AFTER they did all the work for a business card. I uploaded my own painting and tried different size formats for holiday cards. For some reason, the v. website widened the picture, making it look odd. We were in a time bind, so we went with it. The final product looked good as far as color and print quality, but I hate that we couldn't adjust the size of the image no matter what we did. this company is extremely poorly run. i called and ordered standard business cards, and the woman on the phone offered me "digital business cards." sent me a sample and i liked it. all i needed was what i gave them in color. every time i received a draft, the colors were off, the card i had given them was altered and they had no sense of proportion or color. whatever they did, they took something away. it was constant on the phone being passed to one designer to another. every person i spoke with was under 30. every time i asked for a supervisor, i got one idiot after another who just passed me on to another fool who couldn't do the job. finally, after at least 10 revisions and hours spent on the phone, the last person after two hours on the phone with me told me they "don't offer digital business cards." these people have no color or design sense. they would send me back revisions where instead of two ears, there would be one. every time they did something, it came back worse. i spoke with three supervisors, and not "one" knew they don't offer digital business cards, even thought the first person i spoke with offered them to me. otherwise, i had no idea they existed. on their website they say they will keep at it until they get it right. that is faulty advertising. i must have spoken with 10 people and three supervisors who kept passing me on to designers who every time they returned a revision had absolutely no color sense or drawing ability. and whatever they fixed, something else came back really off. finally, i asked for all my calls to be reviewed and escalated by someone who could intervene above the supervisor/manager, along with the artwork that was sent back to me each time and then to have someone call me. no one ever called. the last person i spoke with apologized for 10 minutes when she looked at my account and saw what i had been through. that's when she told me they "don't offer digital business cards." i think it is better to just go someplace where people are mature individuals and professional. these people made me suffer endlessly. no one knows their job there. and there is no one to take responsibility. i wrote to the parent company mentioning i will be writing this review all over the internet. what a waste of time. if you make $10 an hour, the amount of time i've spent, one box of cards doesn't even come close. there is first class and no class. in this company never spoke to one person brain in their head who knew that digital business cards weren't even offered, they just kept sending me back one bad revision after another. read more

They even said they would waive the shipping fee if I picked them up, perfect since I'm all about saving every penny. I'll re-rate based on quality after I pick up my cards.
