Ordered tshirts with images I provided. Excellent quality. Quick turnaround. I will definitely be ordering again.

To some extent, "the jury is still out" since I have not received my order placed just today, but I had to contact them to make changes three times and each time the customer service rep was very helpful - changes were due to necessary editing at my end, I was too rushed - nothing to do with their work. GREAT customer service! read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Customer service is not in the U.S. and will not help you unless you can provide them the order number. If you are shipping to a trade show your booth number and exhibitor name will not make it to the shipping label, ever if you put it as part of the delivery address. Customer service will continue to not help and not pass you to a supervisor to further assist. read more

Products are high quality and customer service is great! I had a problem that was my own fault and they saved Christmas by offering a solution. I LOVE their products and their service. Calendar creator is easy to use and easy to modify. read more

Vista Printing handled a rush job for a soccer team banner and did an amazing job! They were very prompt in replying to all of my questions. Their price was very reasonable. The quality was excellent. I highly recommend this company! read more

Wow, what a great quality job they did, and in record time. I had been getting my stuff done down in San Diego, proper, and for the same price, the job was much higher quality, plus they made sure that the graphic arts I gave them was the best for the job, their own graphic artist helped even though I provided Art. And Lisa at the front, Mike, they're all phenomenal. I will definitely do business with them again. Thank you. read more

Reliable, quality, great editor, great value, service requested was delivered on time as promised. I've used these guys for years. Their editor tool is quality and easy to use. The cards come out well. Tip: Make your text bigger than you think you need it. Make it as big as possible without going outside the "safety area." There's no reason to use any other company if you want a simple, quality business card for the best price. read more

Our last order had terrible color reproduction, so we called to complain. We were told they would fix it on our next order, and it would be free. Now that it is time for that order, they have no recollection of offering us this order free, and argued with me about it. I asked to speak to the business owner, and was told he would call me back, which he did not. Go somewhere else for cards. Lots of local places are rated better than these people. PS - since he likes to claim in every bad review that it isn't him, I want to make clear this review IS for Vista Printing in Vista, Ca, and NOT Vista print online. In response to Ed saying that I called "just before closing time", you knew you had an upset customer and chose not to return the call that evening, which would have taken 5 minutes tops. If you "planned to call the next day", then why didn't you? I still haven't gotten a call, which is why we will go elsewhere in the future. read more

My apologies to Vista Printing. I was trying to post a less favorable review of VistaPrint so got the wrong company. Unfortunately, YELP does not seem to allow me to 'remove' my review which I wrote in error so am posting a positive review for Vista Prin without ever having used their services. If YELP polices this review and won't post it, then, I would ask YELP to please remove my previous, less favorable post which was in error as I had the wrong company. read more

Careful! I couldn't find how much shipping was until AFTER I had spent a few hours designing my business cards. My business cards were only $14.99. They charged me $8.99 to ship just 100 business cards? I think that's an unfair business practice to hold people by the neck AFTER they did all the work for a business card. What was supposed to be a minimal start up business expense turned into $24. read more

These guys ROCK! My admin stumbled upon this company mistakenly thinking they were "Vista Print" (they are a disaster btw.. I have left a review for them).. It has now been over a year working with Vista Printing and they are simply phenomenal! They have been consistent, have fast-turn-around service, great prices, super friendly and their customer service is fantastic (Ed has even personally delivered items when projects were urgent). Also, they have been able to execute any order, from large outdoor banners, flyers, business cards, brochures, stickers, you name it. Anything I have requested, they made it happen with no issues. I absolutely recommend them! Thanks guys! read more

Vista Printing has printed my business cards now for 7 years and I am thrilled with their service. Don't use non-local sources like Vista Print. Use local! You won't be disappointed. My cards are printed on a special stock paper which you can't get from online Vista Print. All my customers boast about my business cards, and that's what you want! Kudos to Vista Printing. read more

I ordered blank checks in July, despite numerous contacts with Vistaprint, I haven't received them yet(it's October 10th) Customer service replies now don't even make sense(you can't recognize my order # - it's the one you gave me). For the horrible service, they SHOULD give me the checks for free. Running to my bank for cashier's checks is a real inconvenience. This company has helped me with all of my business needs. The business cards are way better then online company's. You really do get what you pay for. If you want cheaply priced cards from an online company, you will not receive a nice quality card. Simple really. Vista Printing makes all my business mailer postcards as well. I get compliments from customers all the time on them! They walked me through how to mail them and were extremely helpful. Ed and his crew at Vista Printing are amazing! The quality of their work and the speed at which they can produce jobs is unparalleled to other local printing companies. We've often been able to send jobs and have them completed during the same day, without the addition of any rush order fees. Because my company is located about a mile away, I will either go to Vista Printing to pick up or Ed will drop off the completed jobs, saving us from accruing shipping and delivery fees. Most importantly, they're just all-around nice people and very good at what they do! read more

I had an wafer experience today with a rude associate over the phone for over an hour. At last i had to speak with a manager because he made I mistake with my order and didn't know how to fix it. We used vista print to design and print business cards for our new website, jadesjigs.com (lead-free fishing tackle). It was super easy, they arrived very quick, and look awesome! Exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier! Thanks for a great product and easy to use website! read more

I just bought the very basic business cards, not only were they of poor quality with the print. As it looks like someone stamped the information onto the cards, but they were crooked and there was cut off writing on the lower left corner. How can someone actually review and ship garbage like this to a customer. read more

I uploaded my own painting and tried different size formats for holiday cards. For some reason, the v. website widened the picture, making it look odd. We were in a time bind, so we went with it. The final product looked good as far as color and print quality, but I hate that we couldn't adjust the size of the image no matter what we did. Buyer beware, especially if you are selective about how your image comes out. read more

Vista Print started off as my holiday card go to. I started working for a real estate company and let me just say I would search and search for the best pricing and an easy customization process. I no longer have to use 10 different companies to print business cards, folders, Stamps and letterheads. They do it ALL! And putting the logo was easy with so many designs to choose from. I am baffled at how simple and affordable it is. read more

this company is extremely poorly run. i called and ordered standard business cards, and the woman on the phone offered me "digital business cards." sent me a sample and i liked it. all i needed was what i gave them in color. every time i received a draft, the colors were off, the card i had given them was altered and they had no sense of proportion or color. whatever they did, they took something away. it was constant on the phone being passed to one designer to another. every person i spoke with was under 30. every time i asked for a supervisor, i got one idiot after another who just passed me on to another fool who couldn't do the job. finally, after at least 10 revisions and hours spent on the phone, the last person after two hours on the phone with me told me they "don't offer digital business cards." these people have no color or design sense. they would send me back revisions where instead of two ears, there would be one. every time they did something, it came back worse. i spoke with three supervisors, and not "one" knew they don't offer digital business cards, even thought the first person i spoke with offered them to me. otherwise, i had no idea they existed. on their website they say they will keep at it until they get it right. that is faulty advertising. i must have spoken with 10 people and three supervisors who kept passing me on to designers who every time they returned a revision had absolutely no color sense or drawing ability. and whatever they fixed, something else came back really off. finally, i asked for all my calls to be reviewed and escalated by someone who could intervene above the supervisor/manager, along with the artwork that was sent back to me each time and then to have someone call me. no one ever called. the last person i spoke with apologized for 10 minutes when she looked at my account and saw what i had been through. that's when she told me they "don't offer digital business cards." i think it is better to just go someplace where people are mature individuals and professional. these people made me suffer endlessly. no one knows their job there. and there is no one to take responsibility. i wrote to the parent company mentioning i will be writing this review all over the internet. what a waste of time. if you make $10 an hour, the amount of time i've spent, one box of cards doesn't even come close. there is first class and no class. in this company never spoke to one person brain in their head who knew that digital business cards weren't even offered, they just kept sending me back one bad revision after another. read more

Reviewed wrong business, disregard. Was looking to review vista print online, those guys are no good.

I called three other local printers and Vista had the best price. I love their online business card design program. They even said they would waive the shipping fee if I picked them up, perfect since I'm all about saving every penny. I'll re-rate based on quality after I pick up my cards. So far - great service and pricing! read more
