I'm a growing fan of this place. It's a small print shop that has really affordable color copies- 29 cents a copy, 54 cents per double sided. As somebody who has to print a lot of my own documents and fliers for my job, this place is great. You can just email them a .pdf and they'll adjust it for you and everything. I do below-500 quantities and it's pretty nice for what I do. This is no Kinkos- in a good way. They have a great small business family feel to the place and work hard to get the results you need and to add the professional touch I need for my publications. Previously we were struggling to find a printer who could do all the above. We went through several who lacked in one area or the other. We needed good printing for our business needs. I found this shop by complete happenstance as I had some time to kill in Vista. But, I'm sure glad I did. I was looking to get business cards for my law firm. I had tried to work with Vistaprint and similar online companies, but found myself completely and utterly frustrated. When you're trying to get high quality business cards, there is something to be said for being able to talk to a real person. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. I worked directly with Victor and within 5 days I had business cards in hand. I provided the design I liked and Victor made small edits to enhance the product without any additional charge. We went over what I was looking to achieve and he showed me numerous samples. When we came to a joint decision about what was best, I was completely pleased and never felt like he was trying to upsell me or get me to spend more money. Most importantly for me, Victor agreed to give me a hard copy sample. I wanted to make sure (before I was handed 500) that I would like how it felt and how it looked. Victor's willingness to work with me and my desires was wonderful. You're clearly going to pay more than you would with a company like Vistaprint, but you're also going to get a level of quality that will impress not only you, but your clients. And that being said, I felt the price was completely reasonable for the service and quality I received. I've been using the company at work for several weeks and I feel like we've been "clients from hell", yet our designer makes every change we ask for, quickly and without complaint (he's actually always quite cheerful!). He's also met with us a number of times to discuss our various projects in person, which has been great since it's sometimes difficult to explain concepts or changes over email or the phone (at least it is for me). Their printed products are great - they were able to present a number of examples at our first meeting - and their prices are even better. Alright, I have to concur with the folks that says these people say thy are going to get back to you, but never do. Talked to Victor last week, just needed a simple quote on some business cards, but I wanted a proof print because I'm staring at 2000 cards that are fire sticks due to a subpar printer. I've got 4 more business cards and 3 more additional print jobs I wanted to get done if I could just find a good local printer. If you are printing through these community college dropouts, make sure your file is at 8.5x11 proportions, because they don't know about holding down the shift key when scaling down. I now have a portfolio of high end imagery that is all skewed. I don't know how you can run a print shop without knowing how to constrain proportions, but I guess that's how they roll. I learned my lesson, be professional when going to print, because the printer may not be. read more

My first proofs of my watercolor cards were supposed to have the description of each image on the back of each card as my flash drive correctly indicated. "The Bait Shop" was labeled "Anna's Hummingbird." A Gaggle of Roosters" was labeled "Brown Pelican." "Fishing at the Pier" was labeled "Waves of Oceanside." Thursday Night Farmers Market was labeled "Violet Sabrewing Hummingbird." "View from Tyson Park" was labeled "Bird of Paradise." "My Pelican Too" was labeled "Brown Pelican." "Pelican Shadow" was labeled "Waves of Oceanside" and although an obvious vertical card was printed a horizontal surface with 1/2" blank space on either side of the image. A beautiful white swan on water was to be entitled "Reflection " but was mislabeled "Brown Pelican." I called the printer and told him the corrections. The cards were corrected but the artwork was sometimes under-bled showing yellow space on the white card or over-bled with no discernible border. I also showed the printer a poster I wanted printed but said I would have to wait until I knew which image to put in. He asked, "Can I keep this?" Thinking he meant to keep it in my file until I made a decision, I said yes. He told Chris, the head of 760Print that I made a personal gift of it to him!!! That poster was the only one I had, but 760Print has decided the employee was telling the truth. I wasted several hours and lost one of my artworks to this unscrupulous printing company. read more
