Amazon lost my package for 2 days and then delivered it but never sent me a pickup code because of a software glitch that affected many people. Stephanie at Post Pack & Ship was AMAZING. She had the package but couldn't give it to me without the code. She helped me try to get the code from my phone and then I finally got hold of a human at Amazon and got the code. 47 minutes of me and my issue while she took care of other customers and her positive spirit never left. The young guy who "opens" in the morning is always late, has very poor communication skills and is rude to customers, including myself; barely has a clue on how to put a whole sentence together or greet people, and always says "huh"? instead of "excuse me". Some basic course in etiquette and customer service might do this business a whole lot of good, and it wouldn't be a bad idea to open during the posted business hours instead of 15-20 or 30 minutes later, which has happened on three occasions now. BEWARE!!! I dropped a Fedex package here yesterday, sealed and labeled for shipping. The package arrived at its location but MISSING 2 items from inside the box. These were gifts for a friend, and sadly not cheap. Someone visibly opened the box and stole things out of my package before shipping it. i've been shipping things from this place for years and never had a problem and this kid that works there takes my box i leterally show him the address i need my package to go and he write downs the address wrong and my package gets send ack and he blames me for he's mistake . tells me is my fault for not checking or veryfying the addres when he never gave my the chance to or even gave me a receipt. i tell hm well fix it and send it againg he said okay but you have to pay againg when he is the one the wrote the addres wrong i ask to speak with a manager he tell me they don't have one. he has no custumer service at all. i spend a lot there for this kid to talk to a custumer that has been going there for years. never going there againg. and i will be asking for them to show me the cameras becasue he argue with me that they have cameras that show he have my a receipt and that i veryfy the address. read more

The employees are always friendly and very helpful. Even when they are busy helping other customers, they take the time to acknowledge me, rather than ignore like many other places do. Recently USPS changed their policy and will not pick up any Amazon returns from them (according to the man at the desk, it is because of the high volume). He was unable to take my box, but instead of just turning me away, told me that Amazon offers UPS return shipping for free as well, and they can take that. I was able to go home and switch return carriers and come back the next day. I literally live down the street from this shipping store, so it is super convenient. The prices are higher than the post office, but it is worth it because of the convenience, personal interactions with employees, and helping out a small business! read more

I have used their shipping services several times over the past 6 years and I have always gotten the most excellent service! The people are always friendly, there is never a line so you get in and out in a very short period of time...quicker than the post office, that is for sure. Today I went in and I had 4 large boxes that I needed to ship to Florida, they were fairly heavy and odd sizes and at the cheapest way to ship them was Fed Ex Ground. After everything is measured and weighed, it was going to cost me $350.00 which was above my budget. Let me tell you, Mireya, the young lady that was helping me went above and beyond to help me bring the cost down. Not only did she take the time to help me repack everything but, she got it down to only 3 boxes and saved me over $80! She put on the 'fragile' stickers for me, everything!!! If I could give them and especially Mireya 100 stars I would. I have been a customer for as long as I lived in this area and I will be one for as long as I live in this area...I would even drive farther just to know that I am going to get outstanding customer service and the people are just a pleasure to do business with! Every time I go to this place to ship a package I just can't get decent customer service. First all of the people who own/run the store never seem that eager to help you with your shipping needs. I even went in one time and said I needed to tape a label on a package before I shipped it and the older lady just rolled her eyes at me. I am not rude or even come off as but she just wasn't having it that day. I also always find myself waiting for a while (awkwardly by the way) at the counter for someone to help me even though the people who run the store are right there behind the counter walking around. The only one that seems to be friendly is the younger woman and also occasionally the older man that's there as well. I come here several times a month to Mail Packages or overnight letters. I've been coming here for years and loved the older couple that owned it. When they sold it I wasn't sure if the new owners would be as wonderful but they are. They are helpful to everyone who walks in the door and when I was there yesterday they helped an elderly woman pack up some Crystal and ship it back to one of her grandchildren.
