This morning at 1055 am I received he absolute worst service ever. After waiting in line to return an item the woman working the counter told me to email the return label to her and proceeded to walk away and help people who were behind me in line. I did not have her email address and was unable to locate it online. After several customers were assisted by her and she continued to ignore me she returned and continued to be abrupt and dismissive. Only after it was clear that I was leaving did she yell at me numerous times to come back. The absolute worse service ever. I I walked in on a Friday 7/10/26 around 3:30pm with my baby on my hip and an Amazon return that was already packed with the QR code ready to go. The box had started to come undone, so I asked if I could have a small piece of tape to reseal it. The employee (woman with short dark hair and glasses) told me it would be $2 for a tiny piece of tape. I was genuinely surprised. It wasn't the cost so much as the lack of courtesy over something that would have taken just a few seconds. I've never had this experience at my neighborhood UPS Store, where customer service has always been much more accommodating. Unfortunately, this interaction means I won't be returning to this location. It would be nice to empower staff to use common sense and not nickel and dime customers, a little consideration goes a long way. In reply: Hey Jozh, you have a cheap business perspective. That's all there is to it. The UPS on Melrose on the other hand is phenomal so no need to even use your store's services for our "charity." Good luck. read more

Service is great and they are friendly. Most UPS stores are not friendly or helpful.

Location is run by old ladies, reminded me of a traditional post office in a bad way. Incredibly slow service, no sense of priority from staff despite a long line. When it was my turn there was no "Thank you", "Have a nice day" or anything like that. I was treated like a number and not a person. read more

So a few months ago, I wrote a review about really bad service, but I will say this my recent experience has been better. The manager there is amazing. I apologize I don't know her name. They really try and accommodate the customers as far as the lines they can get long but it's a busy place but they do try their best to get everybody in and out so I would definitely recommend giving them a chance. read more

This store is amazing super convenient and very helpful. I believe the lady that runs it or owns it, is probably understaffed however she does her best to get through the line. I went to drop off a box. I didn't tape it shut and the employee asked me if I had tape on me I said no. He proceeded to tape the box and after taping the box tells me "I have to charge you for the tape it's company policy" which first time happens to me ever. I asked why he didn't tell me it will cost money before taping my package. Just awful location. *To be clear I don't care about $2.15 it's about the fact that the employee taping my item without asking or even informing me it will cost money. read more

AVOID THIS STORE!! Wow, they are so money hungry. Literally had to pay almost $18 for a box that should have been $3 or free since I had a next day air package (like usps free boxes) and 2 pzs of shipping paper. The lady gave me a box and paper, but I didn't need all of it, only a few small pieces and still charged me the full $6 for two pzs of filler paper? Like for what? One employee said the total is $12 then the other lady said now I'm gonna charge you, but it's gonna be $17.xxx. Who does business like this? Unbelievable. Ripping off customers. I already had a box too, the buyer just wanted this double box. Isn't UPS supposed to have extra UPS boxes at this store since they call themselves UPS? Ive read the previous reviews and been to this location before. They did improve alot The new staff they have was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared about making the experience smooth and easy.
