I love coming here. Quick. Convenient and super easy. They can and do everything I need and the price is always right. I usually have packages to either return or ship out and they make is very easy for me to fulfill. The shorter woman with dark hair is always there and always kicking butt even when they're slammed she has a smile on her face and gives everyone excellent service. read more

I have been using this UPS in Vista for several years. I find the manager to be very personable and very efficient. The store is very clean.

Service is great and they are friendly. Most UPS stores are not friendly or helpful.

I was impressed with how quickly Reshma was able to get my documents laminated. She is always friendly, helpful and professional even when she is the only employee working and has multiple customers to take care of. Location is run by old ladies, reminded me of a traditional post office in a bad way. Incredibly slow service, no sense of priority from staff despite a long line. When it was my turn there was no "Thank you", "Have a nice day" or anything like that. I was treated like a number and not a person. read more

So a few months ago, I wrote a review about really bad service, but I will say this my recent experience has been better. The manager there is amazing. I apologize I don't know her name. They really try and accommodate the customers as far as the lines they can get long but it's a busy place but they do try their best to get everybody in and out so I would definitely recommend giving them a chance. read more

This store is amazing super convenient and very helpful. I believe the lady that runs it or owns it, is probably understaffed however she does her best to get through the line. I know they do a lot of Amazon returns and they probably don't even receive a lot of money for it so the fact that they do it is great. My experience here has always been good. I went to drop off a box. I didn't tape it shut and the employee asked me if I had tape on me I said no. He proceeded to tape the box and after taping the box tells me "I have to charge you for the tape it's company policy" which first time happens to me ever. I asked why he didn't tell me it will cost money before taping my package. Just awful location. *To be clear I don't care about $2.15 it's about the fact that the employee taping my item without asking or even informing me it will cost money. read more

AVOID THIS STORE!! Wow, they are so money hungry. Literally had to pay almost $18 for a box that should have been $3 or free since I had a next day air package (like usps free boxes) and 2 pzs of shipping paper. The lady gave me a box and paper, but I didn't need all of it, only a few small pieces and still charged me the full $6 for two pzs of filler paper? Like for what? One employee said the total is $12 then the other lady said now I'm gonna charge you, but it's gonna be $17.xxx. Who does business like this? Unbelievable. Ripping off customers. I already had a box too, the buyer just wanted this double box. Isn't UPS supposed to have extra UPS boxes at this store since they call themselves UPS? I want to give a huge shoutout to Reshma, an amazing UPS worker who went above and beyond to help me return a very awkward, oversized item. I was trying to return a vacuum-sealed couch piece that absolutely would not fit back into the original packaging--definitely an Amazon issue, not mine or UPS's! The item was bulky, heavy, and just not cooperating. I came in fully expecting to be turned away, but Reshma immediately stepped in to help. She carefully repackaged the entire thing with the right materials, making sure it met all the return requirements. She did it all with patience, kindness, and a can-do attitude that made a stressful situation so much easier. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was--she warned us ahead of time that their boxes could be expensive and said she didn't want us to be stuck with any surprise charges. We let her know that Amazon had agreed to refund the return cost, and she made sure everything was done properly so we wouldn't run into any issues. While we were chatting, she also shared that someone once expected her to lift and package a fridge by herself. A fridge! It really put things in perspective and made us appreciate even more how much effort workers like Reshma put in every day--often doing far more than people realize. She truly deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service, professionalism, and compassion. Thank you, Reshma, for your help and for being such a kind human. I hope this is the right store, I am doing a review for the top notch help I got at the UPS Store we went to last weekend, Maya, Varun and Makena who were all at the counter, were a huge help. We were totally frazzled, had about 5 returns all at different locations, just a messy and frustrating afternoon, and they were kind, had a great energy, ALL took the time to help me at different times, offers solutions, totally empathized with our chaos, and helped us get all our returns out perfectly. I don't live near this UPS but will go out of my way to go back to it because the small things like the the people who work there are actually the biggest things, they were super helpful. read more

They're SO slow! The woman with the short black hair and glasses is rude. She has been training people twice since I have started coming here and she is condescending towards them. The person at this store needs a course in customer satisfaction, she is bitter and rude, I will never use this store again and will warn all of my business partners to avoid the store. first I was charged for a roll of tape to cover a 6" box corner then I was told to get a better screen shot of the QR code before she even tried to scan it, I have gone to this store in the past and had similar experiences. This UPS Store is not my usual one to go to because it is a bit out of my way. However I serendipitously ended up here one day when attempting to ship a large, bulky package and the UPS store I was first at said they could not ship it. They said that the contents would be destroyed if I tried. I ended up calling the Vista UPS Store, and, lucky for me, Reshma answered the phone. She was so knowledgeable in packing and shipping methods and willing to take her time to help me that she convinced me to come in to her store. Thanks to Reshma, that afternoon the package was on its way, and it arrived in absolutely perfect condition on the other side of the country just days later. Even though this store is out of my way as I stated, this will be my go to store from here on out! read more

Don't come here if you're in a hurry or hoping for a "quick Amazon drop off" I've tried this location on two separate occasions - one time the lady working was on a personal cell phone call discussing what sounded like home upgrades, saw me waiting and proceeded to not help me so I walked out (while being the only one in the store), next time I showed up a few mins prior to open, lady shows up at 8:03, waited for her to open the store and she told me I would have to wait 5-10min for the computers to get working. Bummer because there aren't many locations around. read more

Let me tell you, that the service that Reshma provides at this store is unparalleled to the other UPS Stores. Quite often, she is working by herself and a rush of people come in. I feel so bad for her. That has to be very stressful and very frustrating when working alone or handling customers that need extra understanding. And she handles it sooooo well. Horrific experience from store 6992 Vista CA. the woman who works there has zero customer service savvy. she is condescending and extremely disrespectful. she has no patience whatsoever. if I never go there again, it's too soon. Richard G. I understood the difference between the QR Code provided by Amazon and the instructions when a QR Code is not available and instead instructions for customer to print the label and adhere to the package. The woman proceeded to let me know that the QR Code label comes out of a different machine and it is free of charge and the instructions to print a label are the responsibility of the customer, but for $3.25 she would print the label. She proceeded to hold up two examples of return boxes one with a QR Code label and one with a printed label. Good luck with the rudeness and condescending attitude that's the face of your business. And, $3.25 to print a label!!!! Absurd. I will never return to this 6992 UPS Store on E. Vista Way. read more

Owner needs to have more employees working here, they stay exceptionally busy all hours they are open. Like an eatery if someone calls in sick or does not show up it really effects the already small staff, just a suggestion. read more
