Just got ripped off. They charged me $1 to print a sheet of standard black and white. My over all charge was over $25 UPS up the street charges .25cents if you pay cash. Go to them for printing needs. Other than that the guy who helped me was kind and helpful. read more

I really do love the fact that I have a "local" place to receive my business mail. I prefer not to use the national chains like the UPS Store. Joey calls me by name when I go in to take care of simple office things like copies or simply to drop off mail. This is one of my favorite businesses I have ever had the pleasure our dealing with. I had never utilized a mailing service before, but Joey gave me a quick class on all the ins and outs before I signed up. It's impressive how he knows everyone's names that get mail there. This place is right by the downtown Oceanside Post Office, which must be an intense competition for their market and such. I needed to mail two packages to Hawaii, and last time i did thing, I felt that I got handled a little poorly at the main Post Office, so I decided to go here instead. Right off the bat, I was told that I could save six dollars to I placed my already packaged package into this different package ($6 instead of $12), and he helped me send out my 2nd package in a cheaper, but practically identical way as well. So instead of a $25 shipping, I got away with paying $10.40. It became clear that the owner's business approach to staying open was to simply provide the cheapest possible shipping, and to have more personal communication with his clientele. I've been trying not to write this review but the other day was the last straw.I have been coming here occasionally for years. I've had no complications here as far as shipping or any other service this business offers. I've always wanted to like this place and use it more often than the post office next door. Every single time I have came in here for past few years I have been greeted with an unexpected attitude from one of the clerks. He was chatting very friendly with a female customer but as soon as I walk in he tries to belittle me. I came in to send a package and needed to look at my phone in order to give him the address. I guess he didn't like the fact it would take 5 seconds to give it to him, instead he starts huffing and puffing. Sorry I don't know everything about shipping like you do. I pray this man can find some happiness in his life or at least a desire to not belittle paying customers read more

Best customer service!!!!! I needed to send back a huge and very difficult item and I had received Excellent customer service from this store today!!!!! I came in on a Friday late afternoon, because my husband and I had to return and ship a huge back inversion table, back to Amazon. Joey had helped me and was great! The table was broken down into a bunch of crazy different shaped pieces and heavy too, and Joey helped me to figure out how I should send it back, and with what size and kind of box etc... I was looking all over Oceanside for a huge box to try to send this item back, and he found me one right away. He took all the pieces and got it all situated for me. I use many mailing services for my business. Searching for boxes to fit artwork can be difficult, especially when you don't know the local galleries. Most mailing places don't carry boxes for paintings. I was lucky to find this place. The owner really knows what a customer needs. He had a pretty good assortment that worked. After I packed and brought the boxes to be shipped, he marked the boxes perfectly so there was no broken glass on the images when they were received.
