I go there often, and this is the first time the staff made me feel like I was bothering them. It was a tall gentleman. Reminded me quite "nastily" that I could use the self-service counter option. They were busy, but I am a senior citizen and just wanted to quickly drop off an Amazon return that barely took him 2 seconds to scan and give me my receipt. Felt kind of bad when I left the store. This is an update to my prior review about their Passport Photo Services. Based on the events of my last visit, I was able to get a refund for both passport photos that were rejected by the USPS Passport agent. The clerks were gracious and apologized. I also noticed they were beginning to setup a large backdrop screen and a light ring in the corner of the store to improve the photo quality going forward. While I can't give the store a perfect rating, I do appreciate them ultimately resolving the issue. read more

My package had been delivered to this UPS location and was given to the wrong customer the same day!! When I called this morning on 7/23/24... the employees name "Sydney" appeared that she had signed off on it. Sydney stated that she DID NOT receive my package and they were so busy that it was misplaced when it arrived at the store. I am upset and very disappointed. The previous owners of this location were much better at handling misguided shipment and took quality care of their customers. Since this location was taken over by new ownership, Customer Care/Service has decreased. Information that was given to me 2x in the 2 days is misguided and not helpful. Ask yourself... if your package was given to the wrong customer... how would you feel being lied to and ignored by this store location staff?!?! I've always had a wonderful experience here. Everyone has always been kind to me. No matter what service I was using. However now they hired a new girl here very recently, who I don't have the name too since she wasn't wearing a name tag. She is extremely rude, bright and early in the morning. Not sure what I did, I had greeted her with a good morning and everything and for whatever reason she had a big attitude about my Amazon return. When ripped off the receipt did so very aggressively and then handed it to me. If I was management I'd definitely speak to her about this. Again she's very new. I've been coming here for 2 years now. I'm 73 years old and I don't know if I've ever been so angry. I shipped two items from the store on the same day to the same address. Only one arrived. When I tracked the UPS number UPS said "we will create a label when we receive the package. We have not received the package." When I called this particular location some guy Dash, who pretended to be the owner (I say pretend because if he were the owner, his behavior makes this even worse.) This guy starts telling me all kinds of things going in circles but the bottom line is he said"once it leaves our store. We are not responsible." I told him it did not leave your store because UPS does not have it. He very rudely and condescendingly proceeded to explain to me why it is not his fault and UPS is wrong. Now I want to say that I am disabled And cannot see very well. I had to call UPS eight times getting transferred to different departments saying that I was in the wrong department. But the bottom line is I was ultimately told the claim has to be filed with the UPS store as opposed to UPS in general. I called this particular location again and some guy answered and said his name. I don't remember the name because it was foreign, but when I asked for the owner, another guy came on who sounded exactly alike and said the same name so obviously somebody was pretending. When I explained to him that UPS said it was the store's fault and I needed to file my claim with the store he told me with an even ruder and more condescending voice that he already gave me the information. I told him he did not. He only told me to call UPS. He then proceeded to give me two different phone numbers that were both incorrect. At that point I wanted to report him to the UPS store, corporate office and ask him his name and he told me "I don't have to give you that personal information." I said I want your name because I want to report you and he just simply hung up on me. The item was a big bright yellow suitcase. How can that be lost? I have my suspicions as to what happened to it. Because I'm disabled I don't remember every item that was in the suitcase because I did not expect this to happen, but there were a few expensive items that I need for my disability. And now I have to sit and wait as this thing goes through channels. i'm sure that I will be taking this store and that particular person to small claims court, and not only suing them for the items, but for punitive damages for what they did to a disabled person. Trust me, this was only a Reader's Digest version of what happened. I am so disgusted. Never go to this dishonest store again. read more

Rude. The guy with the dark hair and arm tattoos (trees and a Jesus cross) said to me in a very rude tone and look "dropping off or what?" And helped everyone before me and after me very politely. I had to ask him twice to give me assistance with an international shipment, which he seemed to have an attitude with me about. I have a business and mailbox with UPS, so I will continue doing business with them. But if I come here and this guy is around, I'm not even going to acknowledge him.
