If I could give -0 stars I would. I used this business for my PO Box after about two years of being treated rudely by the owner. Of listening to the owner talk terribly about customers that just left his business, talk down to his employees and also find out that he had even talked crap about me. I told him I would be no longer renewing my lease, which would've been up in about six weeks from the time I informed of my intentions. He retaliated with having my packages returned to sender, although I still had an active lease. I had a frustrating experience with this location when I tried to pick up a package that was shipped there. They are advertised as a UPS Access Point on various websites, yet when I arrived to retrieve my package, I was told I had to pay a $10 fee because the address was "wrong"--despite the fact that I intentionally had it shipped there. The guy rudely gave me an ultimatum: either pay the fee or have my package immediately returned. After contacting Postal Annex corporate, I was informed that if a location is advertised as a UPS Access Point on other websites, they should not be charging additional fees, and funny enough, encouraged me to dispute it with my bank, which I successfully did. If you're considering using this location for package pickups, be aware that they may try to charge you unfairly. I recommend going elsewhere to avoid the hassle. read more

If you do not need to go to this location specifically, I recommend avoiding it. The process of placing my fingers for scanning went smooth thanks to the sweet man who helped. The man in charge was very rude to the employees. He did not seem to consider that there are customers around. Before heading out I did make him aware how uncomfortable he made me feel for the way he treated the employees. I was not rude in any way. His response was very unprofessional "What do you want me to do when I told them what to do 20 times". He was not apologetic in any way and even tossed the paper I was "forgetting" on the way out. Not everyone has the ability to learn at a pace he is expecting them too. And that's not how you treat people who are part of "your team". I will make my employer aware of this, just in case they can make changes and avoid working with this location specifically. read more

Accessibility: unfortunately there isn't accessible parking right in front of the store; there are usually lots of empty parking spots but someone could come park next to you at any time so that wouldn't work if you need extra space to get in and out of a vehicle. There also isn't a ramp to get up to the sidewalk right in front of this store but there is one farther down in front of another store. To get into the store it is a pull door, but once you go inside it is very small and narrow so maybe not great for wheelchairs. Experience: I have been here a few times to print things and make copies of keys but this is one of my less favorite stores. The man who owns or runs this store is very direct in his communication but to the point of abruptness/rudeness. Sometimes it feels like he is talking down to you and he will say things like "I did all this work for you so it's going to cost extra," as if resizing an image to be printed (which takes one single minute) is insanely hard (it is not). But considering all this, it is cheap to print things, make copies of keys, get a passport photo taken, get cards and packaging so it gets the job done when you really need it. read more
