If I could leave a negative 5, I would. I was expecting a delivery of wine to this store. I called to verify that this could be done and the owner said as long as someone 21 or older was there to sign it would be fine. (This was the location suggested by the wine company because I wouldn't be home to sign for it). He said there would be a $10 charge. That was fine. Then I went to the store to see if the delivery was there and he told me there would be a $25 charge! Then FedEx called me and said they tried to deliver the package but he wouldn't accept it because it was too large! WTH??? Never go to this Postal Annex. Rude and condescending. read more

Did my live scan fingerprints here and had an easy, quick appointment today. I would definitely return for future appointments!!

Highly recommend and very reliable! They go above and beyond. They extremely helpful and friendly. The employees had great customer service skills and made the experience very enjoyable. read more

I needed a live scan & they were so efficient and helpful. I have gotten live-scan done a handful of times at other shops and this was by far the easiest and quickest experience. I will absolutely be going back for my next live scans. They don't charge as much as other stores do as well, great value. The employees are friendly and made the experience for me! read more

If I could give -0 stars I would. I used this business for my PO Box after about two years of being treated rudely by the owner. Of listening to the owner talk terribly about customers that just left his business, talk down to his employees and also find out that he had even talked crap about me. I told him I would be no longer renewing my lease, which would've been up in about six weeks from the time I informed of my intentions. He retaliated with having my packages returned to sender, although I still had an active lease. This man is vindictive, he is rude, he is racist, he has no respect for his customers nor his employees. Don't waste your time or money with this business. read more

Handled my live scan services, quickly and efficiently. Call them, get an appointment and show up on time! Easy! read more

I went to have a live scan done and the guy behind the counter, who claimed to be an owner, was not friendly at all. He was curt, rude and so I left. It was as if he had better things to do than to help me even though the store was empty. I will take my business elsewhere. If you want friendly service, avoid this place. read more

Great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure my shipping was done properly

Greatest printing service in the area not even kidding. In and out within 3 minutes. Other places have taken me 15-30 minutes just to print 1 piece of paper. read more

Very excellent service, I will always come back here for any services! They have a wide array of services and have been so helpful!

Came in for my livescan. Front desk employees were very helpful. Walk ins welcome! :) Thanks again!

I had a frustrating experience with this location when I tried to pick up a package that was shipped there. They are advertised as a UPS Access Point on various websites, yet when I arrived to retrieve my package, I was told I had to pay a $10 fee because the address was "wrong"--despite the fact that I intentionally had it shipped there. The guy rudely gave me an ultimatum: either pay the fee or have my package immediately returned. After contacting Postal Annex corporate, I was informed that if a location is advertised as a UPS Access Point on other websites, they should not be charging additional fees, and funny enough, encouraged me to dispute it with my bank, which I successfully did. If you're considering using this location for package pickups, be aware that they may try to charge you unfairly. I recommend going elsewhere to avoid the hassle. read more

I can't thank the team at Postal Annex enough for going above and beyond to help my sister. She was in a time-sensitive situation and needed her fingerprints completed and express mailed to meet a critical deadline for her new job. Despite it being right before the July 4th holiday--and even after their official closing time--the staff stayed late and worked diligently to make sure everything was taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help in a pinch made all the difference. Truly grateful for the care and commitment they showed! read more

Outstanding service at this shop. Was able to complete the passport renewal service in less than 10 minutes. The owner was familiar with the process and made sure that I completed everything appropriately. read more

I feel very well taken care of when i come to this location. Owner is nice and helpful!

I went in to renew my passport and mind you I didn't have an appointment. I was helped right away by a gentleman named Amin. He helped me take my passport picture and even printed out the form that I needed. I thought I came prepared, but I realized that I didn't. Amin was very polite and professional throughout the process. Definitely coming back here for any other postal needs!! Thanks Amin read more

If you do not need to go to this location specifically, I recommend avoiding it. The process of placing my fingers for scanning went smooth thanks to the sweet man who helped. The man in charge was very rude to the employees. He did not seem to consider that there are customers around. Before heading out I did make him aware how uncomfortable he made me feel for the way he treated the employees. I was not rude in any way. His response was very unprofessional "What do you want me to do when I told them what to do 20 times". He was not apologetic in any way and even tossed the paper I was "forgetting" on the way out. Not everyone has the ability to learn at a pace he is expecting them too. And that's not how you treat people who are part of "your team". I will make my employer aware of this, just in case they can make changes and avoid working with this location specifically. read more

Process was smooth and fast. I would definitely recommend as the staff provided service that was friendly and helpful!!

Service was outstanding and very efficient and quick !! Value of the live scan was awesome very reasonable.

Accessibility: unfortunately there isn't accessible parking right in front of the store; there are usually lots of empty parking spots but someone could come park next to you at any time so that wouldn't work if you need extra space to get in and out of a vehicle. There also isn't a ramp to get up to the sidewalk right in front of this store but there is one farther down in front of another store. To get into the store it is a pull door, but once you go inside it is very small and narrow so maybe not great for wheelchairs. Experience: I have been here a few times to print things and make copies of keys but this is one of my less favorite stores. The man who owns or runs this store is very direct in his communication but to the point of abruptness/rudeness. Sometimes it feels like he is talking down to you and he will say things like "I did all this work for you so it's going to cost extra," as if resizing an image to be printed (which takes one single minute) is insanely hard (it is not). But considering all this, it is cheap to print things, make copies of keys, get a passport photo taken, get cards and packaging so it gets the job done when you really need it. read more

This location had a very nice staff and were very helpful. Will return for more services.

Amazing service and super fast! Answered all my questions and left me reassured. Thank you!

This PostalAnnex is literally down the street from me and I've been going here for a couple of years now and I'm finally here to write a review that is well deserved! I actually love coming in because I love joking with the owner and he loves throwing it back at me and it's fun banter that I look forward to every time I come in. From the moment I walked into PostalAnnex, I was met with warmth and a readiness to assist from multiple staff members. I've done basic mailing and shipping at this location, but today I had to print and fax some important documents. I can't remember the last time I faxed something or the requirements, but the staff was patient and took the time to explain everything to me. The customer service representative not only answered all my questions but went above and beyond by giving me recommendations that ended up saving me both time and money. I truly appreciated the personal touch, something that's becoming rare these days. In this fast-paced world, where everything feels so automated, it was refreshing to have such a personal and genuine experience. I left Postal Annex feeling confident that my parcels/documents were in good hands and that I had been served by people who genuinely cared about my needs. Friendly Tip: if you treat the staff members with kindness, they will reciprocate it. Thank you, Postal Annex, for setting such high standards in customer service. I will definitely be returning for all my mailing needs and recommending you to friends and family! With Gratitude & Radiance! Dennis P read more
