There was a long line to talk to the people that work there and I just wanted to scan so I went to the left. And there was a lady at the scanner, not paying attention to anybody that was behind her because she was facing the other direction. Facing the wall.and we all thought that she was working with the scanner to scan some things next to her. After a few minutes, the rugs that were going to be deposited and returned for Amazon started to fall towards her, and I told her to LOOK OUT. And then she saw there were people behind her. Were all polite enough to keep our mouth shut while she didn't pay any attention and stood in front of the scanner while looking for something on her phone. So that was bad. Pay attention! Don't block the scanner! So the lady in front of me walked up with the two packages and set them down and then she started the rummage through her phone. SHE WALKED UP With two packages and set them down and then she started rummage through her phone. So I must tell you, I got two packages. I need to scan, that's all I have to do scan them and set them down. It would take about 30 seconds. So after waiting for her to scroll through her phone For several minutes, I said, do you mind if I just scanmy two things? And she said I'm looking for something, with a privileged tone... what a B! And so I wait, and I wait. after all that time, She's scanning, but she can't figure it out. And it's not working and so she's looking towards the three people that are behind the counter, but they are extraordinarily busy because of the very long line. But she doesn't think to say I'm having a problem. Why don't you just go ahead. No that would be too polite. I guess. So when she leans away because she's waiting to talk to somebody, I lean in with my package package. I get one done in 10 seconds and then some lady comes over to help her and she turns and notices me scanning my things andsays, I was using that scanner. I said I'll be done in 30 seconds. And lady seeing drama I am causing, I admit it, grab the lady away and took her to the Cash register. so the lady Managed to cut in front of everybody because she's an idiot. And she's an idiot, not just because she was impolite, but because she waited until she was at the scanner to start to look for things that she order to scan. I have returned many things to Kohls and I always make sure by the time I hit that counter. I am ready to go. There is nothing worse, OK I take it back, cancer, cancer is worse, but aside from cancer. There is nothing worse than someone who doesn't prepare ahead of time while they are standing in line and people waiting. Just the stupidest thing ever. So I leave when I get to the car and I start to bitch to my wife about all of this when I get to the car and she's already coming out because it's so fast to have the people behind the counter do it but I was out before her Because all I had to do was scan two tiny things I was finished in 45 seconds And I was complaining to my wife and once I saw her coming out, I very loudly, so she could definitely hear it, how rude people are that are in the world. That all they had to do was step aside for 30 seconds while they figured things out, because they no idea what they were doing nor are they prepared. This review is written with an overwhelming amount of gratitude…read more I recently relocated my remaining personal belongings from California to my home in the New England area, and several of the pieces I entrusted to this UPS Store were absolutely irreplaceable, not necessarily because of their monetary value, but because of the memories and chapters of my life they represent. Among them were a religious framed portrait that has been with me for over 20 years, my framed master's degree from the University of Southern California, and my US Navy SEAL retirement plaque and display. I also entrusted them with other meaningful pieces that have traveled with me through different stages of my life. Every single item arrived beautifully packed, completely intact, and without damage. What touched me most was the care that went into the packing. As I opened each shipment at my new home, I found myself crying tears of joy. These weren't simply pictures, plaques, frames, and memorabilia coming out of boxes. They were strong, loving, painful, beautiful, and intense memories coming home. My USC degree represents far more to me than an education. I earned it while caregiving for my mother, traveling between San Diego and Los Angeles, taking her to medical appointments, managing her care, navigating tremendous challenges in my personal life, and continuing my education through all of it. That framed degree arrived without so much as a scratch. My religious portrait arrived equally perfect. And today, I opened the final shipment containing my USC/Navy retirement display. Once again: perfect. There is a tremendous difference between simply shipping someone's property and understanding that you have been entrusted with pieces of someone's life. I felt that difference in every box I opened. To everyone who helped pack and ship these belongings: thank you. Thank you for your professionalism, but even more importantly, thank you for the care you showed my belongings when I could no longer personally protect them on their journey across the country. Everything has arrived safely. Everything has arrived intact. And finally, I feel like I'm home. With heartfelt gratitude

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Jeff, the store manager. I was the first customer in…read morethe store at around 7:30 am this morning and from the moment I arrived, he was rude and dismissive. I calmly explained my situation to him, but instead of listening or trying to help, he essentially told me to be quiet, saying, "I've worked here for 20 years. Let me do my job." I was honestly taken aback by the way he spoke to me. I was just explaining my situation. To make matters worse, I was never given a receipt or any confirmation that my transaction/request had actually been completed. I left the store frustrated and unhappy, unsure of whether my issue had even been properly handled. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be an isolated incident. I have witnessed Jeff being rude to other customers as well. I'm a regular at that UPS store. A store manager should be someone who knows how to communicate respectfully and professionally with customers. Based on my experience, Jeff does not demonstrate those qualities. I strongly believe management should address his behavior and seriously consider whether he is the right person to be representing the store. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy or frustrated an employee may be.
