Amazon literally flagged my account because of the number of deliveries that have gone missing here. You'll get about 4 out of 5 packages during non-busy times of the year, 0-2/5 at busy times like the holidays. And if/when they find them months later, you'll either get the same surprised Pikachu face like it's some sort of joke to them or just a blank empty stare. If you have something to mail out, they seem to be better about that, though some of the employees are horrible as far as customer service. Jerry was great but he's retired. The majority of the staff seem to be dealing with some sort of chronic low grade depression. I suspect it's a top-down/management related issue as the seems to be across the board and significantly worse than other post offices I've used. I would avoid this place if possible. There are much better alternatives out there, even if you live in the area.

I specifically asked for guidance, and the employee directed me to purchase a package from the post office and send it via Ground shipping. I followed their recommendation, only to later realize that this ended up being the **most expensive option** and, unfortunately, the package never arrived. When I returned to the post office to ask for help locating the missing package, the experience became even more disappointing. The male employee at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. He simply pointed me toward a website and told me I had to file a claim online. There was no attempt to look into what happened, help me understand the process, or even acknowledge the inconvenience of having a package sent from their location go missing. I politely asked if there was a supervisor I could speak with since the package had been sent from this location. He took my receipt to the back and had me wait. Eventually, another male employee came out who was equally dismissive. He read information from a piece of paper almost like a script and again simply told me that I needed to file online. There was **no apology, no effort to investigate, and no genuine attempt to help resolve the situation.** I understand that packages can get lost and that certain claims may need to be handled online. What I find unacceptable is the **complete lack of customer service and professionalism** when a customer comes in looking for help. I am leaving this review for two reasons: 1. **To warn others** who may choose this location for their shipping needs. 2. **To hopefully bring this experience to USPS's attention** so that management can address how customers are being treated at this location.
