Always friendly good service. Well stocked and run well. I've used the notary several times.

I went in for a Live Scan and the process was very fast and easy, thanks to Leo and Isiah. I was helped right away and since it was no appointment, walk in only, this was a nice surprise. They explained the steps and were fast in expediting the process. They were friendly and even greeted the UPS driver that came in for pickups by name, you can tell they're good guys. It was nice to see! read more

Always a great experience here! The staff is super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They'll make any box you need--no matter the size--and they do it quickly and professionally. Friendly service, reliable shipping, and they always find a way to help. Highly recommend! read more

Taking me 2 years to write this as service was in June 2022, but they did a great job so I need to write this. I inherited a bunch of rugs which I needed to get sent up to Northern California. My daughter had the rugs in hand, but I didn't want to burden her with packing etc. I also had no clue how much all this might cost. I called various places, getting huge, vague numbers that no one would commit to. Like $800 as I recall. And the I called The Place That Ships. They were super helpful in talking through how to measure the bundled rugs so they could give a reasonable quote. I paid like $140 for everything including packing, boxes etc and transport. That was an amazingly good price! Arrived perfectly, very well packed, I'd use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Love this place! I recently started going here for my postal needs because I work a few doors down, and the guys here are always super friendly and willing to help out. They always greet you with a friendly demeanor. Super professional, hardworking guys! I definitely recommend this place, especially because they have all services incorporated as well as working with other shipping companies (Fedex, USPS, etc) read more

Awesome shop! I was staying in Escondido for about a month while transitioning from San Francisco to Atlanta & went to this shop more than once to ship items. Everyone is friendly & welcoming - you can tell it's a local shop. The first time I shipped a package I was returning to Amazon & a few days later, when it still hadn't been refunded, I called to see if they had the tracking number (they did). Later, when it was time to ship some items to ATL, I went in to get shipping supplies & plan things out. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with their service. When I came in to ship some large boxes later, they were honest about the best way to ship the items most cost effectively & even helped me take the boxes out of my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Great service first time going there made it easy to get a mail box because the post office made it more Difficult to get a box

Wonderful customer service always friendly always on point! Never a long wait truly appreciate having this place close to home!

Ok, i have been stopping in this place for years now, totally unorganized, arms overflowing with literal crap, labels having been emailed to me by the interested parties,, but NEVER have i had my business in order, not once....this place is the BEST!!! The one guy who is always behind the counter is always so affable, so kind, so helpful and encouraging, i wish he was behind every counter i find myself at in the course of my week....he ALWAYS help me get my stuff in order. Today there were two guys behind the counter and i, as usual was a bit of a mess, with an item to return, an emailed label (my home printer NEVER works y'all) and no way to put the two together. Well in no time, i had emailed them my label, they printed it, packaged my item, and sent me on my way....stress free and judgement free (i am always a mess and always dont have cash)...i have never walked out that door without feeling like my issue was resolved kindly, and efficiently. This place is a gem. read more

I have used this business for a number of years, but I continue to be amazed by their exceptional customer service, professionalism and caring demeanor. The owner, Paul, and manager, Tyler, as well as their staff, go out of their way to be helpful. If it is shipping, mailing, organizing or whatever your needs are, they are great. The store is very clean and organized as well, with everything you need for shipping. They have assisted me with a number of difficult shipping and mailing problems. read more

These guys are extremely professional, helpful and super nice. Such a pleasant difference than dealing with the grumps at the post office down the street, whom I now avoid at all cost. They could learn a lot about customer service from these fine gentleman. Well done! read more

Great service, friendly and courteous. They have supplies on hand and greeting cards also.

If you're looking for EXCEPTIONAL service done in a timely fashion, here's your place. Hands down the best service in town! Paul and his staff ALWAYS go the extra mile to make sure customers get their items shipped, whether it's amazon returns, packages to the other side of the world, or certified mail for those important documents. read more

Unfortunately there are not a lot of Mail Service/Shipping Stores in Escondido. Two of which are owned by Mike, which doesn't leave many choices. I've used both for years. Not anymore. You'd be best off going to Postal Annex. Be Aware: if you go: There really is no accountability by management (read: owner) for any mistakes made by the staff, and a complete and utter disregard for any kind of commitment to customer service, reliability, or even accuracy. The communication/organization skills suck at the management level. It's obvious they think little of their customers, although we do pay them for these services. Customer's suffer if anything goes wrong. read more

I threw a 60th birthday party for my brother and had Mailboxes & More make a photo banner to display. Paul the manager helped me organize my photos on the banner and it turned out great. It was a fantastic addition to the party and the photos brought back happy memories for my brother. read more

Great service!! You can mail ship get stamps business cards, banners so many things in one shop

Friendly staff, fast service even during the holiday season. I always use this place to ship.

GREAT PLACE to ship plus more. I've been using them for years. They absolutely have their act together - trust me!

Love this place! They are so friendly and efficient. They offer several different shipping options, which is nice. The staff is outgoing and service oriented. I drive across town to use them, even when there are several other options closer to home. It's so nice to be valued as a customer and feel that as soon as you walk through the door. read more

I recently started needing large format prints fairly consistently. I shopped some of the other print shops in town, including the big boys (FedEx, Staples, etc.) before I learned that these guys did what I needed... and a bunch more. My first print came out really nicely and well under budget. On my second visit, the dude recommended that I call and email them in advance and that they'd have my prints ready for me. Nice. One time I went in and saw three prints when I asked for only one. Dude said he wasn't happy with the quality of the first two, corrected it, then offered the "subpar" ones to me for free. Who does that? After a few months of business they have my card number on file, and they charge it once a week or something. My office secretary is a stickler for numbers. Out of the blue while balancing budgets one day, she said "these print guys are good." So I figured I'd let them know here now. Basically good, solid, trustworthy folks who will have my business as long as I have business to give them. read more

I have had my mailbox here since 2004. They help me ship things domestically and all over the world. I don't even have to open my mailbox, when I walk in someone's ready to hand me my mail because they know me. I wish all businesses operated like this one. If you need a trustworthy place to receive your mail please consider getting a box there. read more

That Place That Ships - Mike and the gang are like family - Notaries Near Me - Escondido, California

Omg Daphne went above and beyond! I had to ship a bunch of family photos and heirlooms back to New York and she was so lovely, helping me pack everything delicate in bubble wrap. Thanks for being so considerate! read more

In 2007 I wandered into Mailboxes and More because they were offering 6 months of free PO box service for fire victims. Of course I took them up on the offer! Since then, Mailboxes has been a lifesaver for me and my "other office". When I drive up to the store, the employees recognize my car and have my mail in hand as I arrive. How's that for customer service! Mike and his staff are amazing and are willing to accommodate anything I need. Mike has a heart of gold and has financially supported my non-profits Healthy Kids Choice and Candy Buy Back for years. He ships thousands of pounds of candy to our troops after Halloween to Operation Gratitude all at his own cost. I give Mailboxes and More and That Place That Ships 5 stars because they have earned every one of them over the past 7 years. Thanks for everything! read more

Got a notary here. The staff was super helpful and apparently I was one of the first to use the check in discount--kudos to me!

I'm really surprised at the reviews here. I sell books online and I've used the service of this shipping center for years and they NEVER disappoint. The workers have changed over the years but they're always positive. I remember when I first went here, I always see this pretty blonde female worker. She ALWAYS gets the job done. Unfortunately, I never got her name. I haven't seen her lately so I'm guessing she moved or something Now, they have brand new employees that I've never seen before and they're all super chill. I get a positive vibe from them every time I'm here So, for those with negative experiences with this store, that's totally unfortunate but for me, I really like this store and I'm glad that I haven't had ANY negatives experiences thus far. Good job Mailboxes & More for always making me a happy customer read more
