FIVE STARS! I have been coming to this business for decades and I can't remember a single negative experience. I have used PostalAnnex for all types of services including shipping, notary, and printing. Seems they are always eager to help their customers, my latest visit being no exception. In fact, they went out of their way to patiently assist me with a complicated shipping ordeal. Kinda like the good old days when a business would do whatever it takes to help their customers. Who remembers THAT. Anyway, I won't bother with the details, but it included dealing with the incompetence of the business to which I was shipping. PostalAnnex had everything taken care of in a jiffy.... as usual. Coming here is like bringing a heap of problems, dropping them on their counter, and they magically make them go away! Since I started this review, I had to go back to PostalAnnex because the replacement product I received from the shipper had the exact same defect as that which I previously returned. Had a really good, fast experience here getting fingerprinting done. I had to do it the old-fashioned way with ink, and there are not a lot of places that do it that way anymore. The employee was courteous, helpful, and fast. They also accept USPS mail here, which was great cause the fingerprint cards went right into the mail afterward. wish have more option lower than 1 star, its really bad service i ever worked with. I came here to send documents to VietNam as my daughter' school required. after talked with staff and received some offers then i decided to choose DHL Express with fee is almost 73$. I did estimate since documents sent to Viet Nam, after VietNam' goverment solved and use DHL Express send back to US then i have documents to submit to my daughter' school and she can catch up this school year. But my documents did not come to VietNam on time, and i can not have documents to apply to school due to Procedure to solve paperwork in Viet Nam is more than 10 days. I called this PostalAnnex+ branch to talk with them, the manager said that he will talk with DHL and let me know solution. Over a week already and no one contact me, and my daughter is still do not have documents to submit to school. i paid for the terrible service and got nothing. never come back this place again. read more

Great little shop. I mostly use this location as my holding location because FedEx likes to try and deliver items to my house at 10am that require signature. Every time I walk in, I'm either helped immediately, or if they're with another guest... they'll at least greet me. That's much more than I can say for a lot of businesses these days. This place is AMAZING! I go here at least once or twice a week. Everyone is so friendly and personable. They all remember you by name and when I email something for print its ready to go when I get there so it's a quick in and out. It has that sweet small town neighborhood post office feel. Don't recommend for passport pictures. Even though they were ready in 10 minutes, they were rejected at the Post Office as I was told the pictures were overexposed. I had to pay extra at the Post Office to have new pictures taken to be able to submit my passport application. read more

Great place for your home office needs. I came in to print off a stack of papers and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was $2.00 for the first five pages and 8cent for each page after. They even gave me a military discount. They offer in store mailboxes, finger print scanning, and notaries. Naturally they sale all the normal digs found in a office needs type of store. read more

They took my photo it printed in 1-2 minutes I was in and out and done in less than 5 minutes. Staff was professional and prompt, I recommend them and it was worth every penny! Great customer service. They do it all! They are friendly and professional. The last time I was there I didn't have the address I was shipping to. Since I had shipped there before to the address I was sending something to they pulled it up on their computer and I was didn't have to go back home. They wrapped everything up put a label on it and sent it off. The shop also has all kinds of cute cards and boxes you can buy. It's really a great place and you get taken care of well. read more

When I arrived to rent a uhaul on Tuesday the gentleman that helped me was extremely friendly and patient. When I dropped the uhaul off on Friday there was no receipt given. I called to see what the total charge would be and was met by a woman over the phone stating she was busy and would call me back. 20 mins passed and I did not receive a call back. I called again and she gave a terrible attitude stating she was busy. I decided to go back in to get clarification on the charges. After arrival it seems neither of the women working knew what they were doing. I arrived before 4 other people behind me and I just stood there for 22 minutes waiting for someone to simply give me a receipt for a uhaul I rented. They women in front of me also rented a uhaul was charged on the spot and the women working stated the charge didn't go through. Needless to say I will not be renting a uhaul from this location EVER AGAAIN. 30 mins later and I am still here waiting. Terrible service, lack of educated staff. read more

Came in here during lunch to get some passport photos. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a staff member who quickly set up the camera and took my picture. While I was paying for the photos and mailing something, another staff member came out and presented me with already cut photos. I was impressed by the efficiency and how fast they were ready. I normally go to Costco for my passport photo needs but this was much faster and only about $1 or $2 more expensive than Costco. read more

He is very accommodating, I had a package that was fragile and could not be left outside my condo so I request to have it delivered to Postal Annex and when I arrived Postal Annex did not charge me for holding the item and the item was in perfect condition when I picked it up. John even called me to remind me that my package was delivered and he had no problem with me picking it up 4mins before they closed.
