I have known Rachel and JJ for almost 10 years! I love picking up my mail here because I get to witness their top-notch customer service which is nearly impossible to find elsewhere. I see them treat every single person with kindness and sincerity, almost all by name, and they are always ready to help! It is nice because they are open 6 days a week. They ALWAYS have a NOTARY and can do finger printing, too. And they care about your packages if you use their shipping services. If you have any special requests, they go the extra mile, and if they don't know an answer, they will figure it out for you right then and there. Wonderful customer service - incredibly helpful, quick, and friendly. This was my first visit to Cal Postal, as it's the location my Little league team contracts with for fingerprinting coaches and team parents. I was immediately greeted and although there were two other parents waiting for fingerprinting, I didn't wait very long. I also had a couple packages to return via FedEx and UPS and they offered to print my shipping labels and attach them. It was a perfect one-stop-shop for my errands during my lunch hour. They apparently have other services too including a notary and passport renewal. Highly recommend! read more

Thank you Sung for helping me with paperwork! I brought it an PDF that did not print well and she was kind enough to let me email her a link, then print a better copy. Had I gone somewhere else, they may turned me away, go home and come back with a better copy. They follow pandemic precautions with mask and hand washing A little tricky to find so look for the Von's store, same strip. LiveScan service says $20 on some web pages but it's actually more than that, so call ahead to verify so you do not get confused with the final price. Also, if it says "walk in" you still need to call. We are in a pandemic so business hours are constantly changing due to unexpected staff call outs or family emergencies. read more

Came in here to get some documents notarized and I had called the day before to get pricing. While I was there, I asked what the pricing was to get confirmation since I had many signatures and I mentioned the Yelp deal and the man working there gave me a higher price! That's not cool and doesn't make this a desirable place to do business. read more

It's kind of like "Cheers!", you walk in and everyone knows your name and says "Hi" and gives you your mail or packages (great for me since I always forget my keys!). I could not believe it! There was not a soul in the store when I brought in a prepaid label package. I asked for a receipt because I had trouble proving I had dropped items off before and the owner told me to go to the Post Office. There was nobody there! Not sure about the negative reviews, every experience I have had in Cal Postal at this address have been excellent. This place does it all.....acts as a USPS, is authorized to do UPS and FEDEX, a notary, copies, faxes and also has PMB's and collects your mail and packages. I'm sure Cal Postal does much more too. I walked in to no one at the counter and then was greeted by the owner, I told him I needed to send a few pieces of paper the cheapest way possible with a tracking number. I told him no one needed to sign for the letter and he proceeded to quote the cheapest was $5.85 plus other costs which I knew had to be wrong then I explained again what I needed and he told me oh there is another way but it needs to be in a padded envelope and I was so confused and I knew he was lying and trying to up sell every cent thinking I was dumb and would believe him but I didn't and I said you must be wrong and he proceeded to tell me he's been in this business for 20 years and I must not know what I was talking about so I left and went to Postal Annex where they were great and gave fast service and was out the door for $4.20 with my tracking number and a frequent customer card that will give me free $5 after 5 services. Screw this place and the crappy manager that tries to rip people off! read more

I took a flat fee envelope in that allows 70 lbs. For $7.20 shipping anywhere in the US. I was charged double the amount. I went back to question the price thinking he made a mistake. He said no that is the post office price, the price is for convenience. Won't be going back there. 100% over priced is to much for the convenience. read more
