I had a tight time-window while meeting some clients on the edge of town and couldn't communicate to them how to get to the closest notary (English was not their first language and I'm decidedly monolingual) so I needed someone to find us and get it done as soon as possible. Melissa showed up right when I needed her to. Her professional attitude helped calm me down a bit and the process was incredibly quick and simple. She's now the go-to mobile notary for my business and I seriously can't imagine working without her now. Bonus: I even got my folks to sell the old RV on their lawn. They're older now and don't want to drive into town and deal with the DMV (I can't blame them) so a mobile notary was a perfect solution to verify what needed to be verified. And Melissa is just fantastic. 10/10 Would Notary again! :D

FIVE STARS! I have…read morebeen coming to this business for decades and I can't remember a single negative experience. I have used PostalAnnex for all types of services including shipping, notary, and printing. Seems they are always eager to help their customers, my latest visit being no exception. In fact, they went out of their way to patiently assist me with a complicated shipping ordeal. Kinda like the good old days when a business would do whatever it takes to help their customers. Who remembers THAT. Anyway, I won't bother with the details, but it included dealing with the incompetence of the business to which I was shipping. PostalAnnex had everything taken care of in a jiffy.... as usual. Coming here is like bringing a heap of problems, dropping them on their counter, and they magically make them go away! Since I started this review, I had to go back to PostalAnnex because the replacement product I received from the shipper had the exact same defect as that which I previously returned. Just like my first visit, they had my shipping receipt ready before I even knew what happened!
