We needed a POA notarized on pretty short notice and Hiba responded quickly and helped us out. I am stuck in LA due to COVID and homeschooling kids and couldn't make it down to San Diego for this but she worked with me remotely and my brother-in-law (who is local) and everything went very smoothly. Can't recommend Hiba enough! read more

I couldn't be happier with the notary service my father received from Hiba. Although I never met her in person, she was a pleasure to work with over the phone and provided excellent service. I had to reschedule a few times and she was flexible, accommodating and understanding each time. My family and I are so grateful to have found her through Yelp! read more

It's a Sunday night when I remembered we had three documents that had to be notarized ASAP! Not to mention, we were at an Oscar party so the likelihood of finding a notary was next to nil. We got on YELP and contacted Fennelly Mobile Notary, heard her message to text if it was for a notary service and sure enough, within a few minutes Hiba was calling us right back and said she'd be right over. Just like that! Our documents were signed during a commercial. Hiba was both helpful and professional and just a great gal and we will definitely be using her services when we do our next refinance as Hiba was so thorough and knew her stuff. Can't say enough good things about Fennelly Mobile Notary. The bees knees! read more

I discovered my daughter's passport was expired and we need it in 6 weeks.Since she's a minor and my husband's schedule, my schedule, my daughter's schedule, don't all sync with the post office schedule, so we had to get a DS-11 form. I called and she arrived on time, knew exactly what my documents were and what needed to be done. Since we parents aren't traveling with our daughter, she suggested that we create a document to deal with any problems that may arise upon her exiting the country. Minors aren't allowed to exit the USA without a letter from the missing parent(s) acknowledging their departure. I had trouble with this back in 2003, so I know what a hassle it can be. So, her suggestion will undoubtedly result in a smooth departure. Thank you! I highly recommend Ms. Fennelly and the great service that she provides! read more

Five stars is not enough. Exceptional, timely, friendly, caring and professional. I called Hiba during a very stressful situation. I live out of state and my elderly mother was hospitalized during covid lockdown. The papers were time sensitive and coordinating with an overworked staff was daunting. Hiba was very flexible, working around my unavoidable changes in times as a result of testing/procedures. She communicated throughout and her assurance was comforting. Once she made it inside I could hear her with my mom. She was very caring and patient and even tracked down the social worker for additional papers. She further went beyond by hand delivering the originals to a different address. I can't say enough about hiba. I was truly blessed to have crossed paths. Highly recommended. What a beautiful person. read more

We received via FedEx this morning approval for a mortgage adjustment with documents and instructions to have docs signed and notarized. We immediately contacted Hiba and offered to go to her for her convenience. She already had some signings scheduled tonight, but she offered to squeeze us in between them. Like the other reviews state, she was prompt, pleasant, and thorough--everything someone would want in a notary much less a professional that one would invite into their home. If it's our choice, we'll use her for all future services and will recommend her to anyone in need of notary services. read more

Amazing service!!! She responded quickly to a rush request--very friendly and professional!!!!

She came to us twice on short notice. The first time our documents were prepared improperly and she could not notarize. She was not going to charge us. I paid her some for her time anyhow. She came back the next day and we were ready and things went very smoothly. Very professional. read more

Went online to look for a mobile notary service in escondido and found Fennelly notary. I called to schedule an appointment for a sunday at 11am I was worried she might not take the appointment since it was a fourth of july weekend but she did! Hiba is great, met at a mcdonalds to have some forms notarized. She even waited for the other party to arrive (he was 30mins late) but once he got there she had everything ready, she is very organize and professional. I will call her again when I need anything notarized. Totally recommended! ! Thank you again! read more

We were looking for a Notary and friends of ours suggested Hiba Fennelly, telling us how thorough and detailed she was. I cannot agree more. Mrs. Fennelly is so friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, conscientious, and professional she made the signing of our Loan Documents a breeze, and I am not talking about the boat load of paper creating that breeze. There were so many pages to sign and/or initial and we had questions about a few, however Mrs. Fennelly made the event effortless. She covered each page meticulously, patiently explaining each page. This Notary has a great knowledge of all the Loan Documents and she interpreted them with ease and her explanations made total sense to my wife and myself. I highly recommend Hiba Fennelly for any company or individual that requires a Notary. You will be glad that you selected the best. read more

I've used Hiba multiple times, under less than desirable circumstances for a will while my dad was on hospice and more recently for trust documents. She has been well prepared, professional, prompt and super pleasant. Super convenient to have her come to our home and very reasonably priced. Thanks Hiba! read more

Excellent prompt service. Was right on time. Stuck to the point of all the signatures we had to give with friendly directions. Hiba was very curtious and explained everything perfectly. She obviously knows her business and I would highly recommend her notary service. read more

Hiba is amazing!!! My godmother, Lali's, house burnt down in the wildfires on May 15 2014. She had lived there for over 30 years and is 72. I came down from Oakland to help her out and be there as a support. Lali has been managing the affairs of her close friend Alice for the past 10 years. Alice is a 94 year old who has a bit of dementia and is as sweet as can be. Lali wanted to go up to visit her son in Bend via Oakland the Tuesday after memorial day to get away from the poor air quality and have a break from all the hectic stuff going on. We were planning on driving up with Lali's dog and I needed to get back by Wednesday for work. Lali needed to take care of Alice's affairs before leaving such as paying her care givers and paying the rent at the care facility that she was staying at. Unfortunately the power of attorney papers along with Alice's ID and everything else had burnt in the fire. We needed a mobile notary! I looked up Hiba on yelp and gave her a call. She was so kind! After hearing about the fire, she offered to come over to Alice's care facility and notarize the papers for free. She said she wanted to do here part to help with the fire. Hiba met us at 10 am on memorial day! We didn't realize that we needed two witnesses since Alice didn't have ID because it was burnt in the fire. It took about three hours all together. We had to call a friend of Lali's who also knew Alice to swear that she was indeed Alice but the friend got lost on the way. While we waiting Hiba chatted with Alice. She was so caring and patient. She is definitely a professional. She made sure we were doing everything right. I highly recommend Hiba. She is a excellent notary and human being! read more

Mrs. Fennelly is as professional, knowledgeable and reliable as they come! She was flexible in accommodating the limited windows in our schedules when we could close. Her ability to quickly recognize and identify the various documents and disclosures proved she has seen many closing packages. Scheduling the appointment and following-up with a few questions was very easy as she is responsive. I've been through a number of closings and other processes that required a notary, but this is the first time I made sure to add the notary to my contacts list for future services. I'll be sure to give her a ring next time and definitely recommend for anyone in the North County area. read more

Fennelly Mobile Notary was the first Notary that came up on my search. As soon as I contacted her, she asked me how soon I needed her services. She was able to meet me within an hour. It was so fast and convenient. I would recommend her in a heartbeat and will use her again if I ever need it. read more
