This woman is a Notary whisperer!! I had her notarize a very contentious contract with my a-hole neighbors one of them being a unpredictable abusive drunk. She was able to explain in a calming soothing voice that even his pickled brain understood, he had to sign it. She knows her law and is very by the book. She did her homework because my case was we complicated. We already signed this contract and had no original signatures just copies. So we had to go back and have it resign it on the same sheet and she notarized it. She made sure everything was on the up and up. I paid the LiveScan operator (Julie Miller) nearly $100 to send my finger prints to the Department of Justice in order to apply for a Certificate of Eligibility to purchase a firearm. This was done in Mid July. Nearing the end of July, I kept receiving e-mails from the DOJ saying that my fingerprints were not received, and an ATI (or tracking number) was never issued, which is what comes with the LiveScan purchase. I contacted the LiveScan operator at "Moonlight Notary" (Julie Miller) as to inquire where the mix up occurred. She assured me that my prints were sent, and that the situation would be resolved. She said that she "was to send the prints again, and to not worry." Nearly another 2 weeks went passed, and again I received word from the DOJ that nothing was received. I even received a phone call from the DOJ by a lady named Rachel who confirmed that the hold up was with the LiveScan operator and that they were waiting for the prints to be received from Moonlight Notary. After realizing that this is a fraudulent company, I requested to be refunded by the company who charged me $91 for the prints. Julie Miller, the Livescan Operator continued to harass me with emails and even phone calls telling me that it was not her fault, and that there is nothing that she can do, other than for me to come BACK to her establishment, be fingerprinted again, and to have the entire "Request for LiveScan Service" repeated. She yelled at me on the phone, and demanded that I shut up and listen to her and that she was going to "explain to me like a little child, because I am not getting it through my head as to why I don't understand the issue." I continued to request that I be refunded, and that I no longer wanted to do business with her or her company. Her demeanor, attitude and professionalism are absolutely appalling. I cannot believe that this woman is in the business of helping people. Her establishment is unsanitary as well. (It's COVID-19 season). She needs to be CLOSED! I want to be refunded. I want her business be investigated for fraudulent activity. I want to be explained the following: Why is she taking my fingerprints, and not sending them to where they need to go? Who is in custody of my fingerprints now? What has she done with my fingerprints? Why would she ask me to come back and give more fingerprints when she confirmed that she already has them. She should apologize to me as a paying customer, and as a veteran of the Armed Services as to why she would harass, yell and belittle me after I try to reconcile the issues with her company. Her business should be monitored to the cleanliness and professionalism of its establishment. The BBB should take a close look at this company for FRAUD. Julie Miller's latest correspondence to me over email was that it is not her fault and that it is a company by the name of THALES (supposedly a "DOJ VENDOR"). She is trying to pass the buck to someone else and not take any responsibility. Where are my prints??? Julie Miller's overall attitude and professionalism are appalling. read more

As a pre-employment requirement from my new employer, I was informed that I would need a notary to complete section 2 of the I-9 employment verification form. Julie is awesome! She helped me get my finger prints done for my RN license renewal. She is fast and responsive. She came to my house and set up her little finger prints live scan machine and computer at my dining room table and we got them done in about 15-20 minutes. It was kinda fun! She likes to get perfect prints so they are quality. So she does each finger until the machine says perfect print. The results get there in about 3-5 days. I don't know but I just renewed and got my new license in a week. I totally recommend Julie. read more
