I came here without an appointment, there was a person in the waiting room , I asked if they took walk ins and the nice girl at the front told me that they could have me come back in an hour , she then looked over at the guy waiting and said he was still trying to pull his forms up and since I had mine , she took me back , it took 5 mins to get everything done . I see so many great reviews and I've use this place before with great results. But this experience hasn't been the best. My daughter went in to have fingerprints taken for some State licensing. Her fingerprints were rejected from the state licensing agency because they were bad prints. We were told to return to the fingerprinting place and have them redone. We did so. The fingerprints were rejected again. We were advised to go to a different location because it seemed that the person submitting our fingerprints didn't really know what they were doing. I hate to find a different locations this place is close to me and they've been great in the past. Maybe it's just a new employee that's learning how to fingerprint, I don't know. But just be aware that your fingerprints may get rejected and you may need to return a few times for them to get it right. We are in a time crunch so we'll be going someplace else. read more

I have to start by saying that the staff here are the absolute best. Lighthearted and professional. They were working so hard & I wanted to help them with admin duties or maybe help take the trash out or something , but they had it all handled with ease. I had to get the Livescan thing done for my distillery & it was quick and simple. No problems or hang ups. In & out - easy! Needless to say, the place was clean and organized & they were able to fit me in earlier than my appointment. I can't thank them enough for everything. The process was quick and easy but Covid social distancing and masking was nonexistent. The whole idea of paying online is to not have any direct contact with the fingerprint technician. The online instructions state that the technician will not handle your ID. My technician did. The online instructions state the technician will remain 6 feet away. Mine did not. She was also not wearing a mask and the office is indoors and very small. The online instructions state sanitizer will be used and the technician will have the person being fingerprinted use the sanitizer and then fingerprint themselves while the technician remains behind a partition. This did not happen. There were three people inside the office and only one put on a mask while I was there. Not great. read more

Another company I've used through Yelp. I needed to get some live scans done for myself and family and we booked one for after hours the following day. The owner and his assistant (who actually did the work) both showed up pretty much on time. They came in and used the kitchen as the live scan area. It took about 5-10 minutes per person to get live scanned, went pretty well. The price on the scan itself was lower then quoted due to the fact the county was getting billed for the majority of it. PRO's: Got my scans done within 24 hours, great customer service, and decent pricing CON's: I mentioned Yelp and didn't get 15% off (I didn't ask either), would have been nice if they would have asked if we had a copier in advance, I asked for an email receipt and still haven't received it.
