I rented a Uhaul truck and returned it to this Postal Annex. Yvonne helped me out that day and she was so welcoming and friendly. She was warm and made conversation with my husband and I. She also helped us do our UHaul truck check-out and told us about the other services Postal Annex provides, like UPS drop-off and notary for documents. Yvonne was so amazing that when I had to run another errand for something completely unrelated, I made sure to choose this Postal Annex to run that errand all because of my previous experience with Yvonne. Yvonne fought hard for me to get a discount after Uhaul failed to provide me with the truck I reserved 6 months before I moved. After finding out I wouldn't have the truck I reserved but a much smaller one, I panicked. If it wasn't for Yvonne I wouldn't have found another truck or trailer to complete my move from California to the East coast. Because of her I got not only a second truck but she also got me a $1000 discount.
