I do all my Amazon returns here and have found the "clerks" to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I have never encountered a problem. Over the years, I have also purchased miscellaneous mailing supplies and the store is always well stocked. This location rocks! read more

I have used this facility several times, and every single time they are fast and friendly. FURTHERMORE, the company that was receiving my package got it within minutes!!! I also want to say that parking there is very easy, especially for disabled people. 2 BLUE SPOTS right in front. read more

Great little store including what you expect at a UPS store. They do shredding as well. There is sure to be parking but not necessarily close. Very weird lot. read more

They were open during the holiday where 3 others in the area weren't. They have a self checkout lane for Amazon returns which is clutch. The Staff was happy to help me with one I wasn't able to do myself. The man that helped me was very fast and friendly. It's such a gamble nowadays whether you are going to get good service anywhere. I can assure you that here they are professional and helpful. I will definitely be back for any of my shipping needs. It was a great experience. It's right off the freeway and there's plenty of parking....away from Starbucks. read more

I don't usually review places like this but thought why not. Kind of a small location and the parking can be problematic at times but the people working the shop are very nice and helpful. Plus there's a Starbucks next door so it could make it all worth the effort of coming here. Totally recommend this store. read more

went to this UPS store today, Monday, April 20, to do a return. I am getting pretty tired of the bad tempered young man who clearly hates his job. Either he needs to look for another job or I need to look for another UPS outlet. read more

When I went there it was really busy, but Richard's patience and professionalism got me the quote I needed to ship a box to France. Thanks Richard! read more

This is my go to place for printing for my business and shipping. The customer service is outstanding and they always do a fantastic job helping me with my print orders. Thank you Navajo Road UPS team! read more

Came in early Tuesday afternoon, and was immediately asked if I needed help. It was my first time dropping off a package and I didn't have a box or anything other than the packing slip and return mailing address printed out, but the employee who helped me out was very friendly and efficient. Really great customer service! Didn't catch his name but on my receipt it says employee 250270. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Couldn't have had a better experience for my first time dropping off a package, thank you UPS San Carlos! read more

This place takes forever. Occasionally someone will acknowledge you, but for the most part every interaction I've had has been...interesting. Not a good vibe, prefer the El Cajon Blvd location read more

I came in early this morning when the store opened closer to 930am to avoid the post holiday return lines. Richard the manager provided excellent customer service and helped me get a heavy package sent to my brother in Florida. This store always provides great customer service. The thing to note is it's best to come when the store opens as it's a busy location! I have never had an issues with packages and Amazon returns at this store. read more

BEWARE of the Navajo location! I had emailed a document for printing to a DIFFERENT UPS store on El Cajon Blvd. Charged me $1 for 6 items printed out. So later in the day realized I had missed a 3 page email so I stopped in at Navajo location and was shocked to be charged $2.80 for 3 pages!!! What a rip off read more

Normally they are very helpful but I needed to return an Amazon purchase and I accidentally brought the pick up form instead of drop off form and the young guy didn't seem interested in helping me. read more

This UPS location is great. The people that work there are diligent and solution oriented. I ship things and print things at this location. Printing and shipping here is affordable. Thank you UPS! read more

These guys are in the toilet lately on accuracy of Amazon returns. I use the place a lot. Unfortunately, there have been about five different orders Recently that I returned here, or attempted to return to Amazon, that "fell off of the back of the truck." *wink wink* So, I won't be coming back again. The last time I went, I waited in line, got to the counter and the guy walked away after scanning a couple of my items, to help someone else. Literally in the middle of helping me. No excuse me, I'll be right back. Just left to go help another guy who came in after me. Wtf? Just received two more emails from Amazon that they are going to charge me for two more items this "tricky fingers" place lost. Not ok. If it was a one time occurrence, ok, things happen. It isn't a one time thing. These guys are screwing up on the regular. I've wasted a lot of time straightening out their mistakes, or theft or whatever the problems are here. I'm done son. I'm pretty pissed honestly about the recurring problems this place seems to have. I second the review from the customer who has also been a loyal customer for many years and also decided to go elsewhere because of the customer service problems. The owner is screwing things up, massively. That's too bad. read more

The UPS Store - Hey sticky finger asshholes. Here is ANOTHER item you stole. Thanks a million! - Printing Services Near Me - San Diego, California

Adonis was really friendly and a great help, made my copies very quickly!! Definitely recommend coming to this store!

I mostly come here to do Amazon returns, and I've never had any issues. It's a pretty convenient location and the service is consistent. Everyone I've encountered is friendly and they have helped me in a quick and efficient manner, no complaints from me. They're located in the corner of a shopping center, closest to the 125 north on ramp on Navajo Road. It's where the old GameStop was by Starbucks. Parking is not a problem, although I usually don't park very close because of the crazy people trying to get as close to the Starbucks door as possible, I usually park farther away and walk to avoid problems. read more

Always great service at the Navajo Rd UPS Store. Adonis, Carl and Richard are always friendly, fast and efficient. They always get the shipping right and keep the operation running smooth. Thank you. read more

Man these guys are great. Super friendly everytime I come in and always helpful in answering my questions or packaging stuff up for me. I used to be anxious about my shipping needs but the staff always offers input and helps me do it at an affordable price. Running an online business is great when the team can answer my requests and give me good input. Thanks for the help always! read more

This location is wonderful. My fiancé and I came here to ship out several important documents with regards to mine and my fiancée's wedding, and Adonis made sure to take great care of us. We've always had great experiences here with the employees, and this time was no different. It's so anxiety inducing to ship out things especially with the fear of items getting lost, especially important documents -- and the potential losing our venue if it doesn't arrive, but Adonis made sure our items were packed and shipped with all of the necessary things to put our insecurities at ease. Thank you so much for this establishment's level of care and detail. It is so clear that those who work here love what they do and take this work as their own. read more

Another excellent transaction I was helped today by Corey who helped me with a large return of a rug from Amazon and so efficient so amazing so quick and so polite thank you so much Corey. You are awesome and I love coming to the store because of you and Adonis. read more

If I could give more stars to this business I would. I was having a complicated day a few days ago, and nothing was going right, but I had stuff I had to ship out, and I was expecting that to go wrong due to my luck that day. Let me start off by saying that from the moment I walked in the door, from the moment I left it was probably the most welcoming feeling I had all day. I was greeted immediately by a young man there. I think his name was Adonis. I had several packages that I needed to get out and shipped. I think he could sense that I was not having a great day, and told me that he would help me get everything taken care of. Explained everything to me that needed explaining. Even made casual conversation. Not many places have employees that would give you the time of day. So needless to say I would definitely go back when I am need of their services. read more

I give this UPS store five stars. Mostly because Yvonne was so smart and helped me with my business. I bought some really cute mailing envelopes for my friends birthday Yvonne is so efficient I will be back soon read more

The employee working today, Monday, April 14th at 6:50 pm refused to scan a QR code I provided him for a return I had despite the directions I received from the retailer explicitly stating the QR code I was providing him to scan was the correct QR code to use. He wouldn't even listen to me. This employee has zero problem solving skills and proceeded to stone wall me and provide me with no solutions whatsoever or even try to scan the code once. I'm not sure what kind of training they're receiving at UPS, but I have never had such bad customer service at FedEx so I'll continue working with them instead. read more

I visited this UPS store for the first time yesterday, March 31st, 2021. From the moment I walked in I could see and smell the cleanliness of it. I was greeted by a very kind young woman, Devyn, with a happy smile, walking around cleaning surfaces ... her smile and greeting made me feel welcome and she asked immediately if she could help me. She got me started on what I needed and handled every detail with professionalism and kindness. There was a young man working around the store as well and he was equally as kind and helpful. They both came across as having a rapport and team spirit, which made my visit even more comfortable. The lighting, the temperature, the cleanliness and the overall positive and friendly attitude of the two employees, insured I will give this location all of my business. Thank you for a GREAT experience! Sincerely, Alissa Jones P.S. They handled every customer that came in the same way they handled me... with care and respect. read more

Popped in at 10:52 and asked the only guy there if he is a notary. He said "the notary should be in at 11:00, but I doubt it." I asked "what does that mean?" and he said, "the notary is closing so he will probably come in later." Cool. UPS really needs to not play a phone recording about most stores "usually having multiple notaries all day" without letting you talk to a person to confirm. I have a very important medical authorization to get signed, and I don't appreciate the run around. Driving to another UPS store now and hoping they have better management/more responsible staff at that one. Do better! read more

Needed to mail out the the check deposit for my wedding venue, and that got taken care of ASAP. Got notice earlier today that it was delivered. I'd have been in a bind if it wasn't for Adonis stepping in and showing me how to make sure I wasn't paying too much for what I needed. Definitely will be returning here in the future. read more

Want to recognize the employee that assisted me? His name is Steven, and he provided me with the utmost customer service I've ever received. Not only was he helpful in helping me? Ship out my package. But he also was very kind and greeted me as soon as I walk through the door now mind you. There are already getting ready to close. But he took the time to help me. What a big relief. I didn't know what I was doing. And he took over and. Pretty much did it for me. Thank you, UPS. I'm going to make this my permanent store because of him. I feel a really deserves to be commended For providing me with such awesome service he's a good reflection for your company. Thank you again u p s, And thank you so much, Steven, for all your help. And how kind and greeting you were to me. When I first enter your store? Thank you so much that really meant a lot to me! Also, because I use UPSA lot and my work of place. Uses u p s I have gone into other stores and was treated Below standards and I dreaded coming into another UPS store. Just thinking that I was gonna be treated the same way. But I was wrong and thank God I did. UPSI hope hes rewarded for his good workmanship and you need more people. I can draw a lot more attention to the store. I usually go out of my way to go to this location. Everyone is super friendly and efficient. Today was a different story. The person helping me, his name starts with A and he had glasses and longer hair, was so slow and unfriendly. He didn't greet me, kept grabbing his crotch region, literally moved so slowly and on top of all that kept burping and saying "ugh I need a tums". It was so gross and awkward. read more

This is my favorite UPS store. I've tried several other ones when I've been in different areas and the customer service here is spectacular. Every time I go in they are quick, efficient and extremely helpful. They're always willing to go the extra mile to get you what you need. What I really love about this UPS store is that they remember who you are and it feels like you're going to your friend store to ship out a package. Everyone is friendly and talkative and helpful. I've been coming to this UPS store for four or five years and everyone is respectful and just feels like one of my friends. Will continue to come to this location and support our local business. read more

I stopped by here a few days ago to ship a large package I am returning to amazon. The line was out the door. There was one person working at the store. But this lady was super efficient and unstoppable. She had 2 registers open and helping 2 customers out at the same time. She managed to get to me within 4 min of waiting in line from outside the door. She was a rockstar and works very hard. I'm giving her props because she deserves recognition. Too bad I didn't get her name. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . But thank you to her, everyone was helped in a timely manner. read more

Maybe it was an off day when I went here? The line was out the door. The single person working the front had no sense of urgency or customer service.
