Great Service and they have a lot of things here. However, I went to print something and somehow it cost my arm and my leg because instead of saying email it or connect your drive and print it. I was charged a computer use fee for it to be printed. It's all good though. The service was great!!! read more

The whole team, Lee, Chris and Sebastian and wonderful. We have been using their service for the past 8 years and the service is always professional, and they really value and have great rapport with their customers. The quality of services are great, and sometimes can be a bit pricey depending on the type of service but it is worth it, and they are so patient and answer any questions we have to get the best results. We've printed brochures, business cards, posters, banners, and flyers. They also have a business center to use the computers, and a great selection of must have office supplies for sale. I was in a jam because my home printer went kaput and I needed a pdf. file printed for an event I was attending later the same day. This guys open at 9 am and were readily available to help me out. I emailed the document from my phone to the company and the gent behind the counter quickly received it and printed it out for me. They charged $1 and some change and whether it was reasonable or not, I do not know given this was the first time I found myself in this predicament, but I did find it fair. The store is also a shipping center, provided coping and printing services, and provided a postal pick up. They can send a fax for you as well. read more

It's a business that offers services. It's junky but clean... So two stars for that. However, I'd say I'm a frugal person and I don't want to be over charged for things. I was quoted $4 to ship a small deck of cards after I asked for the cheapest option. I know how much shipping should cost since I sell a lot on eBay. I declined and went to the post office 5 minutes away with the self service option and paid $2 less. $2 is not a huge deal but it's a gallon of gas or a medium fry at McDonald's. Oh, also 15 minutes of computer use is $1. It's free at the library across the street. I wouldn't waste my coins here. read more

I am not sure what I would do without "The Mail Store" I have been utilizing most all services offered here including keeping a mailing and shipping address here for my own business. From having business cards made (Best quality, best price) to getting important marketing materials copied and laminated to shipping documents and materials in the U.S and Austria to having brochures and banners created and made The Mail Store is the only place I would consider using. I have been to many similar businesses and the fine folks at The Mail Store make all the difference in the world. LEE IS THE WORST. He made the pick up process so difficult. I had my ID and the package slip saying my box was at their location but that still wasn't good enough. He made me download the tracking number to my order and even then he said I was wrong when really it was an internal error! Then he took about 10 minutes trying to scan the box while the line got longer and longer. Finally, the older gentlemen starting helping the people behind me. If anyone knows how to stop my boxes being automatically routed to this location when I miss a delivery, please let me know! read more

I've been coming here for awhile. Everyone is so nice and if I'm out walking the dog to do my mailing they even let me bring her in. Lee is the best and he always says my name and has a kind word. I needed some business cards and this place was next to the starbucks I visit. I ordered my cards a week later they were in. I noticed a mistake and when I picked them up we looked at order sheet we found out it was my fault. They worked with me in getting it fixed and redid the order almost overnight.
