They went above and beyond to help me with my copy job. First, I didn't have a hardcopy to print copies from but they said they could just print it from my email on their computer. Then, I discovered I attached the wrong file to my email and the guy working actually edited the document to help me get the correct layout. I've been many times over the years to make fliers, posters, have binding done, get documents printed, etc. They are always very helpful, friendly, and professional. I've always preferred to use an independent small business versus the chains. It's my personal preference. When I'm the one making the decisions, I come back here. They're always on time with everything and their prices are competitive. The bonus as well is that I don't have to deal with a snotty kid from FedEx over on Jackson Dr. If I need to make a really large amount of color copies, I know I can come over here and trust that the equipment will be available AND in working order, unlike the nearby competition. College Copy Center is located on El Cajon Blvd, bear Baltimore Dr, just before the El Pollo Loco. It's a small shared parking lot, but I've never seen it get full before. read more

I took over the directory for a group that I belong to that has just under 100 members. I'm fairly tech savvy but the two programs to create and then to send to the printers were new to me. The College Copy Center was amazing! They helped me with getting the draft into the proper format and then they printed them out and I'm very happy with the final product. I've used them to make copies of plans for us. Much cheaper than Kinko's. I've has some recent issues trying to email them files. Called them a couple of times about it and they don't seem to be sure what the issue is. I've emailed the same files to other places, no problem. Emails to them kick back with an "email folder full" message. They are also not open on Saturday, which is kind of a drag. read more

Rude, disrepectful and unprofessional. Nuff said. They treated me as if I was a bother when i tried to get a large quantity of copies done. I think it was the aowner because he treated me like this once before. he says to me i remember you from last time i think you are trying to pull a fast one on us! what in the world was he talking about. All I did was ask for several price quotes and he made me feel like I was getting on his nerves instead of like a customer.
